Development teaching staff from the school head prespective and Czech school inspections

The aim of the thesis is to find ways of promoting common development of teachers in the context of criteria for evaluating school quality from the perspective of the Czech School Inspection. Finds ways to support the development of teaching staff from the school principal, and the subsequent confrontation with the newly formulated criteria and indicators issued by the Czech School Inspectorate, which should be defined so. Good school. The theoretical part defines basic terms: the headmaster and teachers, including their competencies and development of teachers. There are also discussed the criteria and indicators of school quality assessment from the perspective of the Czech School Inspection. In the research part of the master is using the survey to determine how the director of the kinder gardens promotes the development of teaching staff and if there is a system that corresponds with the criteria and indicators for assessing the quality of schools by the Czech School inspection focused on the development of teaching staff. Based on the findings of the research are presented results that can help directors of kinder gardens to improve the quality of work in the development of teaching staff, at the same time was fulfilled evaluation criteria and indicators for the Czech School Inspectorate so....
Rawls versus Nozick: Theory of Justice as Fairness, or Entitlement

This work deals with the different concepts of justice that are presented by works of John Rawls and Robert Nozick. Seeing that they are liberal authors, the first chapter is devoted to liberalism and its forms. Rawls is presented as a supporter of modern liberalism and Nozick is presented as a representative of classical liberalism, concretely libertarianism. The second chapter discusses how both authors describe natural state. The third chapter is devoted to it how Rawls and Nozick talk about conception of liberty. The following chapter describes and compares their theories of justice: justice as fairness and justice as entitlement. The fifth chapter deals with the final reflection on the theories of both authors. There are presented various reactions and interpretations of the mentioned theories. At the same time, there is shown considerable asset of Rawls?s Theory of Justice and Nozick?s Anarchy, State and Utopia which both influenced political-philosophical discussion.
Comparison of Hamas and Hezbollah in the Fight for the Holy Land

This work deals with comparison of basic characteristics of Hamas and Hezbollah in the fight against State of Israel. Because one of these movements is sunni and other belongs to shia Islam, the first chapter is devoted to the birth of schism in Islam. In the following two sections are both of the movements presented in terms of their origins, structures and aims. The fourth chapter describes the sequence of events in Israel and Palestine territory after fall of the Ottoman Empire until 1982, when Hezbollah movement came out. The following fifth chapter is engaged in armed struggle of Hamas and Hezbollah against the State of Israel and solves dilemma of suicide attacks. Final chapter is devoted to political efforts of both organizations.
