Business Plan for the Realization of Mail Order Dispense in Pharmacy Through E-commerce
Houšťava, Jiří ; Orságová, Marie (referee) ; Heralecký, Tomáš (advisor)
The subject of this thesis is the elaboration of a business plan for the realization of mail order dispense in pharmacy through e-commerce. This legal entity currently deals only with dispense in its own store. Thesis is divided into three parts, namely to the part theoretical, analytical and practical. The theoretical part describes theoretical base related to the subject of the business plan, analytical part is dedicated to the analysis of the current state and practical part deals with an actual suggestions in several variations.
Monitoring of chemical composition changes in wine during the wine making process
Orságová, Marie ; Punčochářová, Lenka (referee) ; Diviš, Pavel (advisor)
The Chardonnay wine variety was harvested in the region of Znojmo on the wine rout Načeratický kopec. In connection with the entire winemaking process of this particular variety, research was focused on mineral concentration changes during the maturation process. The theoretical part characterizes the technology of wine production, as well as the classification and chemical composition of wine. In the experimental part, the analytical technique of inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) was used for the determination of minerals (K, Ca, P, Mg, Na, Zn, Cu, Fe and Mn) in wine. The data show the differences in the concentrations of all macroelements and microelements during the whole wine production technology.
Quantification of food waste in municipal waste and the possibility of processing this waste
Orságová, Marie ; Pořízka, Jaromír (referee) ; Diviš, Pavel (advisor)
The theoretical study of anaerobic digestion is designed to predict the amount of biogas in food waste. The theoretical part characterizes the processing of biodegradable waste as well as the use of biogas and the calculation method for determining biogas production. In the experimental part, the analytical technique of inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) was used to determine minerals (K, Ca, P, Mg, Na, Zn, Cu, Fe and Mn) in food waste, as well as elemental analysis for carbon, oxygen, hydrogen and nitrogen determination. This thesis provides a simplified model that predicts the amount of produced biogas and could be used for further feasibility studies, such as bioreactors dimensioning. The method can be used for different starting materials and repeated for other similar applications in an effort to extend anaerobic digestion systems as a source of clean energy.
