Apartment building

The goal of this bachelor thesis is elaboration of project documentation of new apartment building. The building is alone standing and is situated on several lands of one investor in city of Kyjov in cadastral territory Kyjov [678431]. The building has one underground floor and four above ground floors. In the basement are designed eight parking spaces, small warehouses, technical room, bicycle room and a boardroom. The vertical supporting structure of above ground floors are made from ceramic blocks and the vertical supporting structures of the basement are made from impermeable concrete. The supporting horizontal structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The whole building is insulated by contact thermal insulation system. The roof is flat and designed as green. Project documentation was prepared according to valid legal and technical regulation.

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is the measurement of business performance of the company Rodinný pivovar BERNARD a.s. for the period 2011 – 2015. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part describes the theoretical basis and terms which relate to issues of the financial analysis. In the second part, these theoretical basis are practically used and on the basis of financial analysis there is described the current financial condition of the company. In the final part there are proposals to improve the current financial status of the company.

Apartment building

My bachelor thesis deals with construction of apartment building. The content of the thesis is a project documentation for building construction. The object is located in the cadastral territory of Náchod. There are two flats on each groundfloor. On the second and third floors, there are apartments for families of four and on the first floor there is one apartment for a family of three and one for a family of four. Each apartment has its own basement cubicle. Basement cubicles are located in basement where is also a utility room. The object is designed as a self standing apartment building with basement and three floors. It is a prefabricated building from the POROTHERM system, the basement is prefamonolitic from blocks BEST (sacrificial formwork) and it is has rectangular plan. The whole object is covered with a flat roof with a slope of 3 %.

This bachelor’s thesis contains abstract of alternative energy supplies for garde nand week-end house and describes their advantages and disadvantages. The selected alternative energy supplies are: water-power, solar energy and wind energy. Final part of bachelor’s thesis discuss with a construction machinery for wind energy useage and describes parts of machinery.

House on a slope

The subject of the bachelor thesis is to elaborate the project documentation for the construction. It is a family house which will be located in the existing development on the outskirts of the village Sobíňov. The building is designed as a single storey, and as it is installed in a sloping terrain, it is divided in height into three consecutive parts. In the first part there is a garage with two parking spaces, the entrance to the building and technical facilities. The second part consists of common rooms and the last part is a quiet zone. The foundation structures are designed as monolithic strips of plain concrete.The Porotherm brick system forms vertical load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures. The ceiling part is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The roofing of the building is solved by a single-skin flat vegetation roof. The drawing part was processed in the ArchiCad 20 programme and visualization in the Lumion 10 programme.

Reconstruction

The thesis deals with a complex reconstruction of the existing building of barracks, so-called brownfield, which is not used and maintained for a long time. The reconstructed building is determined to be a residential building designated for the target population of advanced age, where the housing units meet the construction and technical parameters for an adaptable apartment according to the public notice no. 398/2009 Coll. on general technical requirements ensuring barrier-free use of buildings.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is design of a new detached apartment building. The building has an underground floor and four above ground floors. In the underground floor there are situated technical facilities and storage spaces. In every above ground floor there are located two apartments. In every apartment there are two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom and a storage space. The building is built on concrete strip foundations, walls are made of ceramic masonry. The building is roofed by single shell vegetation roof. Ceilings are made of beams and inserts which are over-concreted.

Family house for two generations

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the new construction of a detached two-generation family house in Horni Herspice, in the form of project documentation for construction. The object is designed as two separate units. One designed as barrier-free for the elderly, the other designed as a family house for a family of four. The building is designed as a masonry with reinforced concrete ceilings.The perimeter load-bearing masonry is made of 300 mm thick ceramic brick blocks and insulated with a 180 mm thick ETICS contact thermal insulation system. The internal load-bearing masonry is suitable from ceramic brick blocks 300 mm thick, the bathrooms are insulated from the room by an acoustic ceramic partition 200 mm thick. The internal non-load-bearing masonry is designed from 115 mm thick ceramic brick blocks. The staircase is designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic. The floors are designed as heavy, floating. The roof above the 1st floor is designed as a green flat roof, above the 2nd floor there is a single-skin flat roof. From the second floor there is access to the terrace. Hole fillings are designed as plastic. Behind the building is a spacious garden.
