Human detection using laser rangefinder

This thesis describe dynamic obstacle detection and move tracking. Detection is based on laser rangefinder data. Tracking is based on compare two scans. Algorithm of localization method is processed in Matlab. In Matlab is also made simulation of scanned data. Filter parameters are tested and optimalized on this data.

The theoretical part describes history of maintenance, used maintenance methods, and types of organizational structure. The practical part describes the current state of maintenance of the production line, analysis of the situation, and subsequently design of the new maintenance system.

Design of fixed-wing UAV autopilot

This thesis describe approaches for autopilots for small unmanned aerial vehicles. Part of thesis is implementation of autopilot in Matlab/Simulink. The goal is to control computation model of the aircraft. Main part of thesis desribes high layer of control and navigation with focus on trajectory planning. Final algorithm is based on following the reference point between the aircraft and waypoint. Algorithm solves special positions of waypoints and error flag.

Bachelor's thesis Multicopter - dynamic model deals with basic principles of multicopter flight and determining the position in space. Next part of the thesis is dedicated to the search of possible methods of compilation of dynamic model and implementation in Matlab/Simulink environment. The aim of this work is compilation of simplified dynamic model of multicopter which aims approximate real behavior in space.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the methods of the Toyota Production System, used in the company ABB Ltd. PPHV Brno - Slatina. The theoretical part describes the different kinds of waste, methods for identifying waste, and the methods used to eliminate this waste and thereby improve and streamline the entire production process. Then follows the practical part, dealing with a specific situation where some of these methods are applied in practice.

The concept of imputability of a crime to a legal entity

The submitted diploma thesis focuses on the area of criminal liability of legal entities, which is not only the most controversial area, but also represents the very core of the Act on criminal liability of legal entities. The aim of this work is a detailed analysis of the positive legal regulation of imputability of a crime to a legal entity, focusing on confrontation of provisions concerning the possibility of exculpation, especially section 8(5) of Act No. 418/2011 Coll., with the fundamental principles of substantive and procedural criminal law. Introducing the topic, the concept of legal entity is defined, then the arguments for and against the adoption of criminal liability of legal entities are presented, as well as models of criminal liability of legal entities. At the end of the first chapter, the issue of the scope of criminalization is analyzed. The second chapter is devoted to the positive condition of imputability of a crime to a legal entity. This includes not only the very structure of imputability, but also the individual persons whose acts can be imputated to the legal entity. Furthermore, the following chapter focuses on the negative condition of imputability, i.e., the exculpation, or non-imputation of the crime to a legal entity. Effect of coniferous monoculture plantation on plant species dversity

A structure and a function of a monoculture woodland is diferent from the natural woodland condition. This is an influence of a herb layer diversity. The change of the herb layer are mainly distinguishable in the case of tree coniferous monoculture. They are the poorest at all of them viewpoint diverzity. The diversity of the woodland was analysed with an insuffiently consequence. This study get the knowledge about the species composition and the diversity of these monoculture. At the same time get the knowlege about next factores, which change diversity and species composition of stand. As a confirmation of this, coniferous monoculture are numerously and species-compositionally diferent from broadleave monoculture. And more, coniferous trees change the enviroment's condition and the whole biotopes. There are not depend any species of the herb layer at the coniferous monoculture on this studied site of Křivoklátsko.
