Low-energy building for education in Hradec Králové

The aim of the master project is to design nearly zero-energy university building in Hradec Králové. The thesis consists of three parts, architectural-construction part, building services and energy assessment report to a photovoltaic power plant. The building has two above-ground floors and a basement under part of the building. In the basement there is utility room and storage. On the first floor there is entrance hall, sanitary facilities and locker room. On the second floor there are two lecture halls and office rooms. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed as a reinforced concrete frame system. Horizontal load-bearing structures are designed as prestressed panels. The building is insulated with expanded mineral wool. There are solar panels situated on the flat roof over the second floor. The building is heated by heat exchange station and the whole building is ventilated by two air conditioning units. The main part in my master project is energy assessment report to a photovoltaic power plant. The project is carried out in ArchiCAD and HelioScope software.

This thesis describes the origins and developement of The European union. The caracteristics of its organizational structure are discussed as well, followed by a summary of the developement of the structural policy of the EU and its effects on regions within EU member states. A description of how the structural policy of Czech Republic developed, both before and after admission to the EU, will conclude the theoretical portion of this thesis. Empirical section of the thesis focuses on the Pavlov Archeological Park project, which was predominantly financed through The European Fund of Regional Development.

Financial Crises and its Consequences in the Czech Republic

The bachelor thesis is focused on the World Financial Crisis issue and its consequences on the Czech Republic economy. The thesis consists of three basic parts. In the first, theoretical part, there is a financial crisis described generally, with the focus on the analysis of economic cycle. In the second part, it is focused on the beginning and development of the USA crisis. The third part is concerned with the consequences of the crisis on the Czech Republic economy in the area of GDP development, foreign trade nad employment and their comparison with the development of the same macroeconomic indexes of the economy in Germany.
Prevention of complications after total hip endoprothesis

Total hip replacement is elegant way how to cure defects and hip joint disorders of patient irresponsive to conservative way of treatment. Appearance of comlication can endanger result of whole operation, and patient's life too. Thesis describes some of postoperative complications, manifestations of these and offers current methods of prevention and solution, how to contend against these complication.

The aim of this Master's Thesis is to carry out economic analysis of chosen company - GUMOTEX, a.s. within years 2008 - 2013. The Thesis is divided into four parts. The introduction provides basic information on the topic and defines the main objectives. The following theoretical and methodological part aims to describe the methods of economic analysis especially those used for strategic and financial analyses. The practical section starts with a short description of the chosen company followed by the appliance of the particular methods and instruments introduced in the theoretical part. In conclusion the results are summarized by using SWOT analysis and recommendations are made in order to ensure better economic performance of the company.
The Issue of small recording Studios in the Czech Republic

Abstract The thesis presents an issue of small recording studios focused on music recording in the Czech Republic. It is a modern and fast-growing area of sound studios that has never been seriously described before. The first part describes small recording studios, reasons of their founding, differences between small and large studios. The second part is focused on compiling and evaluating of collected data acquired by personal visitation of those studios. It describes often problems, offered services, equipment and expertise of their owners. The data were collected during personal visitation of all recording studios mentioned in this thesis. In the end, the thesis presents the virtual model of statistically average small private recording studio in the Czech Republic.

The aim of the Bachelor's Thesis is to make strategic analysis of a company RACIO, s.r.o. The Thesis is divided into two parts. The first part contains the theoretical background of the work, which describes methods of external and internal analysis. The practical part of the thesis applies the strategic analysis methods on the specified company. The findings of the thesis are summarized by using the SWOT analysis and the thesis concludes with certain strategic recommendations made for the company.
"Basics of the Acoustic and the Recording Techniques" as a Class at the Conservatory

The thesis presents a conception of the class ?Principles of Acoustics and Basics of the recording techniques" at the Conservatory. In the separated chapters it describes its syllabus, proper classroom and technical equipment, approach to students and the necessary adaptation of this technical subject to musicians. It contains detailed list of discussed topics and in certain cases it gives instructions how to make some practical experiments that lead students to remember the issue better. As it is a new subject at the conservatory and the curriculum is not strictly given by the authorities, it can serve as a guide for future teachers of this class.
