NVH Analysis of the Powertrain
Mrózek, Jan ; Řehák, Kamil (referee) ; Prokop, Aleš (advisor)
This master thesis is focused on the diagnostics of vibrations and noise of an internal combustion engine. The work also includes a summary of the current state of knowledge in which the quantities used, transmission paths, measuring devices and the possibilities of performing frequency analysis are analysed. As part of the technical experiment on which this work is based, vibrations and noise on the tractor engine are measured. The obtained data are then further processed using the BK Connect program. Subsequently, a frequency analysis is performed, specifically an order analysis. The conclusion of the analysis consists of an evaluation of individual orders that cause excitation that occur in the investigated motor.
The materials for firearms barells
Mrózek, Jan ; Molliková, Eva (referee) ; Němec, Karel (advisor)
The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to summarise information about development and basic description of individual parts of barrel firearms and appropriate use of materials for their production. The content of this thesis are also methods of surface treatment of the barrel rifling. In conclusion, the thesis describes weapon life and deterioration of barrel firearms.

Higher gauge theory
Mrozek, Jan ; Jurčo, Branislav (advisor) ; Bugden, Mark (referee)
This thesis gives a short introduction into the higher gauge algebras. We first in- troduce the BRST formalism in the context of ordinary gauge theories and show the properties that allow us to use it in the context of higher gauge theories. We define the 2-groups and show the correspondence between 2-groups and crossed modules. We then give a brief introduction into the theory of L∞-algebras - we give account of the graded manifolds and Q-manifolds. We give a short account of Homotopy Maurer-Cartan theory and show that it reduces to the BF theory in case of 4-dimensional manifold and 2-term L∞-algebra. 1
Relation between the reperfusion of pulmonary arteries after an acute pulmonary embolism to the development of chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension.
Mrózek, Jan ; Jansa, Pavel (advisor) ; Maxová, Hana (referee) ; Hutyra, Martin (referee)
Relation between the reperfusion of pulmonary arteries after acute pulmonary embolism to the development of chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension Incomplete resolution of thromboemboli following acute pulmonary embolism (PE) is a key factor in development of chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH). In our study, we evaluated the incidence, risk factors and clinical impact of incomplete reperfusion after acute PE. Study population and methods: 85 patients after the first acute PE were assessed clinically and by pulmonary scintigraphy and echocardiography at month 6, 12 and 24 after an acute PE. Results: Incomplete reperfusion was detected in 23.5 % of patients after 6 months, in 24.9 % of patients after 12 months and in 18.6 % of patients after 24 months. At month 6, patients with incomplete reperfusion were more obese when compared with patients with normal reperfusion BMI 30.8 vs 28.3 kg/m2 ; p=0.012) and their initial hemoglobin levels were higher (143.0 vs 136.0 g/l; p=0.012). Similar results were observed at month 12 - patients with residual perfusion defects were more obese (BMI 31.1 vs 28.5; p=0.016) with higher initial hemoglobin levels (144.0 vs 136.0; p=0.007). Patients with incomplete reperfusion at month 24 were significantly older (67.7 vs 55.0 years; p=0.02), their...

Study of the effect of spin-orbit interaction in solids
Mrozek, Jan ; Carva, Karel (advisor) ; Šipr, Ondřej (referee)
One of the effects the spin orbit interaction leads to is the Anomalous Hall effect. In this thesis we describe the origins of the Anomalous Hall effect and its con- tribution to understanding the solid state physics. We introduce the formalism of linear response theory and other approximations needed to perform calcula- tions of the Anomalous Hall conductivity. We present two different models of the anomalous Hall conductivity - one based on the Kubo formalism and the other based on chemical potential difference. We then compare the models in a simple setting based on Strontium ruthenate. We show that in the case of Strontium ruthenate the models have very similar predictions. 1
Analysis of security risks of I&HAS from the user and installation perspective
Mrózek, Jan ; Hart, Jan (advisor) ; Hartová, Veronika (referee)
The master thesis discusses the issue of intrusion and hold-up systems. It deals with basic division of particular kinds of protections, detectors and their functions, panels and their types. Especially it discusses detector security risks and the risks due to improper installation. The next part deals with the multi-criteria analysis options where the panels of several manufacturers are compared and evaluated so we get the best panel in the price/performance ratio. Then we measure magnetic contact and their maximum distance between two parts of this magnetic contacts. Two hypotheses are given, which approve or disprove the claims of the manufacturer. According to the measured and calculated values it is demonstrated hypothesis that refuses the claims of the manufacturer.
