Proposal of Communication Plan in ACTcz, s.r.o

This thesis deals with a draft of a communication plan in a company ACT CZ s.r.o. Its main goal is to draft more effective communication mix, based on a current identification of a marketing communication and results of previous analysis of both external and internal environment. The thesis is divided into three main parts - theoretical, practical and that focusing on a draft. The theoretical one includes basic marketing expressions described in detail. The practical part is an analysis of the company, its marketing mix and the current state of the communication mix. In addition, it contains analysis of the company's marketing environment and a marketing research focused on the communication mix. There are also suggestions of improvement based on the practical part's results.

Community property focused on settlement after its termination

The aim of my thesis is to analyse the new legal regulation of community property included in the "new" Czech civil code - Act No. 89/2012 Coll. - and in this connection, to focus mainly on the settlement after its termination. The new legislation of this issue is quite brief and there are many questions arising in this context which are not clear. The thesis is composed of nine chapters. Chapter one characterises the legal term of the community property and its basic features. Chapter two describes marital property relations in a historical context, beginning with their roots in the Roman law and continuing with particular historical periods of legal regulation of these relations on the territory of the current Czech Republic. Chapter three outlines an extent of the community property and its governance in the statutory arrangement. Chapter four is concerned with contractual modifications of the community property and with an arrangement established by a court decision. A part of this chapter also investigates a question of protection of third parties in the connection with the community property. Relations between parents and children after divorce Abstract The aim of this thesis is to present current legal regulation regarding relations between parents and children after divorce, which is included in the Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended, to point out problematic aspects during its practical application and to suggest other possible future solutions for particular issues. The thesis is composed of five chapters. Chapter one deals with divorce. It investigates historical development of its legal regulation, current legal regulation including divorce proceeding, and also some legal consequences of divorce. Part of this chapter concentrates on suggestions de lege ferenda regarding simplification of divorce. Chapter two is concerned with legal regulation of relations between parents and children after divorce in a historical context, from the General Civil Code till nowadays. Chapter three analyses individual aspects of legal regulation of relations between parents and children after divorce. At first it looks at custody of minor children after divorce and its particular forms, i.e. sole, alternating and shared custody. Inclusion of Cohabitation in the Relationship between Marital Status and Mortality

The thesis elaborates on the previously described and generally accepted relationship between marital status and mortality. Into this relationship, it is trying to include cohabitations, which responds to the latest developments in the structure of households in the Czech Republic. The thesis aims to include cohabitations within the context of this proven relationship and to determine at what level is the mortality of cohabitants compared to married couples or people without a partner. The question is whether it is possible to include cohabitations and marriages on the same level or whether each of these groups keeps its specifics, which is also transmitted to mortality. Life tables according to marital status and dependency analysis of time series were used to address this issue. The research of the nature of cohabitation in the Czech society is also an essential part of the thesis and helps to further illustrate the findings obtained by these methods. Hypotheses that are solved using these methods are based on the assumption that cohabitants are the part of the category of single people as well and if they show lower mortality rates than people without a partner, then their increasing representation accelerates growth in life expectancy compared to married couples, and eventually it accelerates a decline in mortality. The results tend to show that the mortality of cohabitants is higher than that of people without a partner, but lower compared to married couples. However, it is necessary to face the lack of data and work on the design of better indicators. It means that this thesis opens up the area especially for Czech society and presents perspectives that research of this issue offers.

Customs declaration and export shipments to Russia within the company DAMCO Czech Republic s.r.o

The aim of this thesis is to clarify the issues of customs declaration on the specific example within the company Damco Czech Republic s.r.o. in Jaromer in the Eastern Bohemia. An export to Russian federation by international truck transport was chosen as an example, which means transport from Jaromer to Moscow. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes the most signifiant pieces of information about the current state of customs issues in the Czech Republic but also within the European Union. Also it contains my opinions on the process of customs declaration and work of customs officer in the Damco CR s.r.o.
