Evaluation of Image Recognition

This work deals with pattern recognition methods and possibilities of their evaluation. It involves design and implementation of the method comparing the influence of preprocessing to pattern recognition algorithms. The method was tested and evaluated for linear classification algorithm, k-Nearest Neighbors, AdaBoost and SVM.

JUDr. Pavla Kučerová Aplikace práva soudem z právně-sociologické perspektivy Résumé The thesis - The Applications by a Court from the Legally- Sociological Perspective -deals partly with an individual who applies law within the frame of justice, partly with justice as such. An individual who lives and works within such a complicated organisation as modern justice appears to be, is influenced by the organization, and so his work is influenced - thereby the application of law itself. Various judicial systems as they have been developed over the years, aim at the same targets in the rough. However, they choose different means for target achievement. The position of judges in meritocratic and career justice is also different. The differences can be seen in the way judge candidates are chosen, in what way judges are appointed and in the posibility to remove judges from their office. Two different systems have been analysed in detail - the US federal judicial system as an example of meritocratic justice and the Czech judicial system as a typical example of career justice. Regarding the USA, there is a mention of judicial elections that do not refer to the federal judicial system and seem to be a domain only in several US states. Managerial skills

The objective of this Diploma thesis titled "Managerial skills" is to propose
a solution to particular skills performed in a chosen company. This Diploma thesis consists of two parts, a literary research and research itself.
In the theoretical part, named Literary research, basic terms related to management, management functions and human resources management are explained. Managerial skills are also presented here in detail.
The practical part, named Research, contains description of the company Studio Moderna, s. r. o., realization of a questionnaire survey of employees and a guided interview with the selected line manager of the company. For the questionnaire and the guided interview there were designed special questions which create the intersection of the theoretical literary research and requirements for the explored working position in the company. Based on the answers of the respondents, the level of managerial skills in the company is evaluated, and an effective solution which will increase the level of these skills in practice is suggested.

The aim of this thesis is to developing business plan to open new penzion. Thesis has two section. In the theoretical part are described terms about economy and business. In practical part is crated business plan for specific penzion, including analysis and financial analysis.
