The aim is to propose an investment portfolio that will meet the company requirements regardless of its field of business, efficiently utilize various financial instruments and, at the same time, meet the requirement of liquid money.

The theme of this thesis is to define of the enterprise‘s business aim and apply it to concrete business plan. The first part of this thesis concludes an entry to the sector of small and middle-sized enterprises; there are definitions of specific attributes of these enterprises, their advantages and disadvantages, and their importance for an economy. In next part of thesis influences affected enterprise are analysed. Thesis includes proposal for development of the company based on specific advantages and suppresed the most significant threats. Final part of thesis contents processing of business plan for established small-sized enterprice.

The subject of this Master’s thesis is to define of the enterprise’s business aim and apply it to concrete business plan. The first part of this thesis concludes an entry to the sector of small and midle-sized enterprises; there are definitions of specific attributes of these enterprises, their advantages and disadvantages, and their importance for an economy and the procedure of processing the business plan. In practical part are applied theoretical findings including important analysis and calculations supporting defined goal. Thesis includes proposal for development of the company based on specific advantages and suppresed the most significant threats.

Name: Analysis of efficiency in athletic decathlon Aim: Comparing the structure of power at different power levels, in particular in a relative concept, how the various disciplines involved in the total output. A method: Comparative analysis of average performance values at different performance levels results: It brings relative differences in the structure of performance based on declining overall performance level for which the overall performance level is most similar to the structure of power and vice versa. Verification of Examination Tests used for Dermination of Theoretical Knowledge of Athletics Rules of Physical Edication Students at FTVS UK

in English Title (Thema works): Verification of Examination Tests used for Determiiiation of Theoretical Knowledge ofAthletics Rules ofPhysical Education Students at FTVS UK Student: Věra Hrubantová Supervisor: Odb. as. Aleš Kaplan Methods: The pilot investigation was made at Jihočeská University in České Budějovice before this diploma work was performed. At first It was created research test, which included 118 questions. I distributed the test purposely to the selected probands and after completion I analysed it. I created four models oftests after its evaluation. I compiled tests A, B, C, D according to the difficulty of the item and the levels of difficulty, which I defined after the evaluation ofthe research test. Each model included 18 questions (6 easy, 6 intermediate, 6 diffivult). I verified these tests in practise. After that I found out that tests A and C have the same level of difficulty, B is not more difficult than previous mentioned tests and test D is more difficult. The pilot investigation was followed by the larger group research on the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at Charles University. The Level of Physical Abilities of the Applicants to the Policie of the Czech Republic

Name of research: The level of physical abilities of the applicants to the Police of the Czech republic The aim of study: The aim of our study is to research the level of physical abilities of the applicants to the police forces in the last 7 years using two test bateries. I will attempt to find out the level of physical abbilities on the grounds of the results of the physical tests in the years from 2003 to 2009. Methods: I was using the method of descriptive statistics to evaluate the available informations. I compared the results of applicants, who passed the defined conditions in physical tests. Further I used the graphical method to demonstrate the curves of abilities of the both groups of applicants, who passed and failed the physical tests. The datas from the physical tests of applicants to the Police of the Czech republic were the source, collected in the police program SOTP. The results: -the level of physical abilities comparing the both test batteries is not declining in average -new test battery is acceptable Conclusion: I hope, that the results in my diploma paper offer the point of view and a valuable asset about the level of physical abilities of the applicants to the police in the years from 2003 to 2009.
