Sense of physiotherapy techniques in the educational process of rehabilitation classes
Kovandová, Zuzana ; Šumníková, Pavlína (advisor) ; Hájková, Vanda (referee)
The subject of this work is to investigate the educational activities in special classes of an elementary school for pupils with severe multiple disabilities, and particularly the involvement of elements of medical rehabilitation, used by a special pedagogue. In the theoretical part of the work an environment of rehabilitation classes is introduced, an educational process, that takes place here, and its specifics. Furthermore, basic methods used by the physiotherapists, while working with children with multiple disabilities, are outlined in here. The aim of this work is to specify mainly the particular possibilities of rehabilitation techniques and their effects in the educational process by a pedagogue without physiotherapy education. A casuistry of a specific student, who uses these kinds of techniques for her education, was processed as a part of this work. Particular methods and results attained through 1.5 year span are developed into a legible spreadsheet. The theoretical basis and practical findings showed that the involvement of rehabilitation techniques into the education of students with severe disabilities is not only beneficial, but even necessary to achieve positive results.

Regular exercise using this machine can be an effecive complement in the general and individual motion physical therapy for broad range of patients. This machine can be used in amlost all branches of medicine. The rehabilitation using MOTOmed can help treat the children with serious neurological disability - either recumbent children or children with mixed disability. The treatment of these patients proved to be effective in achieving positive results within a relatively short time. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Introduction: There are many factors affecting patient satisfaction. These factors do not carry equal weight , which means that some factors are more important for patient satisfaction then others. Patient satisfaction is an essential thing for good cooperation with the medical staff. The same questionnare was also made online at the Survio website and sent to those patients who requested it so that they could fill it in later. The respondents had to be at least 18 years old and needed to have visited a dental hygienst at least once before. There were 130 respondents in total. Results: The survey has shown that the patients who were satisfied with their visit of a dental hygienist felt so because of the attitude or behaviour of the latter. They also stressed the importance of education and better sensation in their mouths. When it comes to the dental office,...
Basal stimulation concept in the educational process of rehabilitation classes
Kovandová, Zuzana ; Šumníková, Pavlína (advisor) ; Hájková, Vanda (referee)
My theses deals with the use of basal stimulation concept in the treatment of students with combined disabilities in special elementary schools in Czech Republic. The theoretical part includes literary research concerning basal stimulation concept - its origins, development and theoretical foundations and it describes its specific elements and their use in educational programmes for specialized elementary schools. The practical part concentrates on the quantitative survey research with the goal to map the use of the basal stimulation concept in the specialized elementary schools in Czech Republic to find out which specific elements are in the educational process used the most. Survey research discovered that in the educational process with students with serious combined disabilities the concept of basal stimulation is used by 80% of schools. The somatic, vibrational, auditory and tactile-haptic stimulation are used the most. The specific elements used are - somatic massage, adjustment of the position, use of music and use of tactile perception in motor stimulation of the hand.
