The main goal of this bachelor's thesis is a proposal how to improve the process of recruiting new employees in the field of IT in the personnel agency RTSG, s.r.o. The bachelor thesis consists of theoretical, analytical and proposal part. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the concepts in the field of human resources and also the basic concepts in the field of IT. The analytical part contains information about the company and its operation. A questionnaire survey was used for data collection, on the basis of which specific recommendations were proposed, which should improve the recruitment process.

This thesis offers means for simplifying project control in small and middle-sized businesses using a set of process-control documents and procedures. The set consists of several document templates to be mostly used in businesses not employing any specialized personnel. The set covers all the necessary tasks in preparation, implementation and evaluation of a project, thus avoiding any omission in fundamental essentials and leading to a successful and efficient project control.

The aim of my bachelor thesis is a preparation for realization of business purpose. The project is targeted on solution of basics problems jointed with marketing and Czech legislation connected with business running, even with forms of business and its basic problems. In the first part there are theoretical basis necessary to set up the company and the list of basic duties to state which are connected with business holding. Next parts enclose PEST analyses, SWOT analyses with suggestions which can be used in real, and marketing mix.

The content of my diploma thesis is to develop necessary steps to set up a business. The first part describes the theoretical background, which primarily focuses on the characteristics of individual analyzes, including model CANVAS. The second part focuses on analysis of the market in which will the business operate, followed by characteristics of external environment and then I try to capture the principle of offered product, which is the subject of future business venture. In the design part of my work, I approach variable solutions of individual business models that are closely linked with the results of the SWOT matrix analysis. In the next section,i perform a comprehensive evaluation of the various options based on the principle BSC and at the end of the practical part I design the necessary steps to set up a business that uses the resulting business model.

The subject of the presented thesis is a business plan of agency, which the owner founded in February 2005 after having successfully passed university in United States of America as a student-athlete receiving full athletic scholarship. This is recruiting type of agency working with student-athletes in Czech Republic and US coaches at universities. The agency is trying to find athletic- scholarships for athletes as well as great education and sport opportunities for them. I can divide this business plan into three basic parts; part one focus on introducing the agency, her objectives, mission, and present situation. Another part concentrates in determination of the present position of the agency (position on the market, clients, skills, characteristics) and it consists of a detailed strategic analysis of external factors (STEP, Porter, Market Research) and internal factors. The conclusion of the analytic part is closed by a SWOT analysis. Finally, an essay represents the last part of the thesis where the specific business plan of the agency’s future for next five years is formulated. For further expansion of the agency, specific proposals in the key areas have been made. Lastly I have focused on risk evaluation, recommendation and conclusion.

Specifically, it is about executing strategic analysis, analysis of internal and external factors to identify strengths and weaknesses of the company. Implementation of the proposed measures aims to improve company’s existing market position and secure its functioning even with major changes of environment.
