Bachelor thesis deals with the financial analysis of economic indicators with the use of statistical methods in the company A studio group, spol. s r.o. The theoretical part focuses on the definitions of economic and statistical concepts, their meaning and use. The practical part is concerned with the analysis of the current state of the company in financial terms, by using statistical methods. The calculation I use to process proposals for improvement of the situation and for the future prosperity of the enterprise.

Mobile Game Using Augmented Reality

Main goal of this thesis was to create a game in augmented reality running on iOS operating system. The game is based on the tower defense game genre. The thesis describes augmented reality and its history. The work also describes tools which are necessary to create this project. Following part describes the design and development process of the game. Lastly the thesis deals with the tools available for testing, testing itself and its results.

Determining the Amount of Indemnity after a Holiday House Fire in Luleč

Master’s thesis deals with the determination of the amount of insurance benefit after the fire of holiday cottage in Luleč. The theoretical part focuses on the basic definitions of concepts from the area of real estates and insurance. The practical part is concerned with the valuation of judged building by cost method, determining costs of the required repairs and also finding out the new insurance value of the holiday cottage.

Digital platforms and its impact on labor law

This thesis provides an analysis of digital platforms and its impact on labour law and related work patterns in general. The main focus is upon description of caused problems and their possible solutions whereas the question of worker's status in the platform economy and its arrangements is predominantly discussed. The introduction leads the reader to general description of digital platforms and its three main subsets (crowdsourcing, on deman work and passenger transport services). For a better undestanding the thesis further gives an idea of working conditions by analysing each working stage affected by platforms. After these initial introductory findings the thesis focuses on potential problems. The possible problems are first being described in general and then discussed from the practical point of view as they were already seen by various courts in the past. The sole analysis of courts decision is rather extensive since the three chosen decisions not only give us answers to some problematic questions but they also provide highly beneficial info about platforms in general and their business models as well. Practical part: - contains a collection of nine illustrations to the book {\clqq} A Man with a Pipe and Violin`` by Arthur Conan Doyle ( original number of ten works was decreased because of incogruity of separate stories {--} the book is the choice carried out differently compared to original intention of the autor and the higher number seemed to affect the general composition to the prejudice of uniformity. - Illustrations are performed by combined technique - They are presented free (without passe-partout) - Preparatory sketches and experimental prints are enclosed in practical part 2.
