This diploma thesis deals with flexible and innovative forms of employment and the form of cooperation in a selected company. Flexibility is becoming more and more important, as employees are less willing to spend their entire day of work and prefer more personal life. The thesis is divided into three parts - the theoretical, the analytical and the part dealing with own solutions. The theoretical part is based on a comprehensive overview of flexible forms of employment that make it possible to reconcile work and personal life. The analytical part examines and evaluates the current state of the selected company with best practices of similar companies in the Czech Republic and abroad and in the final part proposes the optimal solution of flexible forms of employment or cooperation in the context of possible changes in the provision of legal services for selected organization.
Proposal for Inovation in the Systém of Remuneration of Employees in the Selected Organization

This bachelor thesis is focused on the system of rewardment of the employees in chosen company. The first part explains basic terms and whole theory of rewardment of employees. In the second part is chosen company analyzed by several basic analytic methods and defines current state of the matter. The third part of the thesis contains my own proposal for changes and innovations in current system.
Motivation and Remuneration of the Employees in the Selected Company

My thesis deals with a system of remuneration and motivation of employees in a selected company. The company wanted to remain anonymous. The theoretical part defines basic concepts from the personnel work and employees motivation. In the practical part, I introduce the company and analyse the system of remuneration and motivation of employees. Subsequently, a survey in the form of a questionnaire will be conducted among employees, focusing on their satisfaction with the system of remuneration. Based on the findings, I will propose measures that would improve the current situation and may contribute to a higher motivation of the employees in the future as well as to the improvement of their performance.

The final solution will be presented to the Director General of the company, which will serve as a basis for the solution of the current state.

The diploma thesis focuses on employee motivation to work, while also providing an overview of interpersonal relationships within the company. The main objective is to evaluate the weaknesses based on the results of the analysis of the monitored company, and to propose the modification of organizational and communication forms in order to increase the effectiveness of the monitored areas. The theoretical part contains an overview of this issue drawn from sources of specialized literature. The practical part maps the current situation in the company based on its own observation and a semi-structured interview with employees and management. Based on the findings, recommendations were proposed contributing to positive changes in all monitored groups.

The aim of the theoretical part is to clarify the primary terms of the motivation, remuneration and evaluation system. The practical part review the actual techniques used in Macek a syn s.r.o. A survey is used to assess the satisfaction of the employees. The summary includes recommendations to improve the motivation, evaluation and satisfaction of the employees.
Recruitment of Employee Using Method of Advertising on the Internet

Diploma thesis deals with the recruitment process and focuses specifically on the method of advertisements on the internet. I decided to analyze and categorize the job offers for middle managers, which were publicated on selected job website for certain period and then contact companies that advertised with questionnaire. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether the companies were able to obtain sufficient number of suitable applicants and to what extent was it influenced by the fact whether the advertisers acted in the way they could attract suitable candidates for the job in middle management positions.

The master’s thesis deals with the system of motivation, remuneration and evaluation of employees in the communication center of the company Generali Česká pojišťovna, a. s. Part of this thesis is to focus on the current situation of the motivation system and employee benefits, and this state is further analysed using a questionnaire survey and interview. In the last part of the thesis, based on the results, solutions that would improve the current situation of the motivation system are proposed.

This diploma thesis is about renumeration employees in the context of motivation, evaluation and benefits applied in a financial institucion, as one of possible ways of motivating them. Motivation is the moving power of any human activity and if an employer wishes to maintain high performance of his employees, he needs to be concerned with multitude of different ways of motivating and stimulating them. Complexity of processes is that, people have different needs, goals and ways of reaching them and this results in considerable complexity of motivational process. The theoretical part is anchored aspects and rules, including an analysis of contemporary remuneration. Furthermore, the paper deals with the comparison of contemporary and proposed method of remuneration. In the final part of the thesis is applied to a specific strategy of a new method of remuneration based on the survey.
