Bachelor thesis deals with financial evaluation of the fictitious investment project, which is the establishment of the bridal salon Wedding Day. The theoretical part presents the most important static and dynamic methods used for evaluation of the investment projects in the current financial practice. In the second part of this work are chosen methods applied to a concrete example and with their help is determined the value of the bridal salon. Bakalářská práce se zabývá finančním hodnocením fiktivního investičního projektu, kterým je založení svatebního salonu Wedding Day. V teoretické části jsou představeny nejdůležitější statické a dynamické metody sloužící k hodnocení investičních projektů v běžné finanční praxi. V druhé části této práce jsou vybrané metody aplikovány na konkrétní příklad a s jejich pomocí je stanovena hodnota svatebního salonu.
