Bridge on a highway
Knotek, Jan ; Nečas, Radim (referee) ; Panáček, Josef (advisor)
Subject of this bachelor’s thesis is design of new slab bridge construction over the II/464 road between the villages Příbor and Bílovec. The bridge converts highway D47. Thesis includes three studies. Pre-stressed rectangular cross-section slab with elliptical exterior trim, pre-stressed plate- grinder construction and construction of prefabricated beams and monolithic slab. For next assessment was chosen option no.1. Load effects calculation is solved in SCIA engineer 16.1. Design and assessment of the structure are made according to valid standards and regulations.
Spiral screw conveyor
Knotek, Jan ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
These bachelor thesis deals with design and construction of spiral screw conveyor for glass crumb transport with maximum appropriate cant. The text part of the thesis contains theoretical description of screw conveyers, consideration of functionality with given cant and calculations. In the attachment of the thesis is drawing documentation.
Cable-supported pedestrian bridge
Knotek, Jan ; Brtáň, Stanislav (referee) ; Nečas, Radim (advisor)
The subject of this diploma thesis is design a cable-supported pedestrian bridge. Three different variants of the solution were created for the design. For detailed processing, variant no.2 was chosen - a suspended bridge with a pylon in the middle of the span. The main task is the static design of the supporting structure. The model for the lengthways is created in ANSYS. The SCIA engineer was used to solve crosswise. The assessment and dimensioning was done according to the limit state principles and valid standards.
The effect of surface texture on friction and lubrication of axial plain bearings
Knotek, Jan ; Hartl, Martin (referee) ; Šperka, Petr (advisor)
This paper deals with the influence of textures on friction and lubrication of axial plain bearings. Targeted texturing has the potential to affect the performance of mechanical components, where the main parameter is the friction coefficient and the thickness of the lubricating layer. Many experimental studies have been published so far, but few of them lead to a more detailed understanding of the function of textures on parallel surfaces and their interaction with a wedge-shaped gap. The problem was modeled in this work using a pin-on-disk configuration operated with controlled tilt in the hydrodynamic lubrication regime. In contrast to previously published studies, the thickness of the lubricating film was measured in real-time during the experiment using fluorescence microscopy, along with the friction coefficient. It has been demonstrated that textures are generally more beneficial in conditions with parallel surfaces compared to conditions with wedge-shaped gaps. For the case of parallel surfaces, the influence of partial texturing was identified, where the surface textured with a quarter of its area located at the entrance to the contact in the centerline led to the most positive results. In addition to partial texturing, the influence of texture size and the pattern of their distribution on the contact surface was confirmed. Parallel surfaces showed a high sensitivity of results to small changes in surface tilt. However, with increasing tilt, the effect of the wedge-shaped gap dominated over the effect of textures, and their contribution was typically in the range of single-digit to low double-digit percentages.

Stroje a strojní linky pro sklizeň slámy
Knotek, Jan
This bachelor work provides the working practice overview of harvesting stalked material with a focus on straw harvesting. It also includes a list of machines for straw extraction, in particular straw collecting machines and machines using harvesting presses. The first part of this study gives an overview of selected working procedures specific for stalk harvesting. The second part presents the technical and economical aspects with evaluation of collector pressing machines and their usage. The final part of the thesis provides assessment and diversification of agricultural practice conclusions.
Využití systémů přesného určování polohy stroje pro řízení nasazení techniky
Knotek, Jan
This thesis is focused on utilization of GPS navigation especially in agricultural pra-xis. The main goal of this work is putting on and controlling of agricultural equipment at resolution of anti-erosion measures. These measures are reaction to the so called antiero-sive regulation. In the theoretical part is shortly described GPS system and the work with geodates. Then there are described methods limiting water erosion of soil. Sub-sequently there is shortly described a problem of erosion measures and complex of the information necessary to the utilization of GPS navigation while fighting with this issue. In the practical part of this work was formed the method for the creation of anti-erosion measures. According to this method was subsequently developed the procedure to ad-justment SEO DPB. This method was subsequently apllied and tested in POOSLAVÍ Nová Ves, agricultural kooperative. At the conclusion of the work is evaluated by ma-nagement on the thus modified DPB and then there are described problems that occured while creating these anti-erosion measures. For that reason are drawn recommendations for putting on and controlling of agricultural equipment at resolution anti-erosion mea-sures.
