Proposal for Risk Management in a Selected Business Entity

The diploma thesis is dealing with analysis and evaluation of risks of the co-operative society related to introduction of the new product concerning the field of negotiations with supplier, logistics and warehouse management. The first part describes the theoretical basis of project management, risk analysis and management, negotiation with supplier, logistics and warehouse management. The second part is dedicated to the analysis of the current situation of the selected company and the last part deals with risks in the area of supply-customer relationship using the RIPRAN method. The main goal of the diploma thesis is to propose recommendations for reduction of individual risks connected to the introduction of the new product in the field of negotiation with supplier, logistics and warehouse management.
The Army on the media battlefield

The thesis "The army on the media battlefield" examines the extent to which the Ministry of Defence and the Army of the Czech Republic are media institutions. If they take media logic and if they subject to pressure of the journalists. All this in a theoretical frame of four phases of mediatisation that is defined by Jesper Strömbäck's work in 2008. The theoretical part defines terms such as mediatisation or media logic. The thesis also focuses on the explanation of corporate communication, which is related to the Ministry of Defence and the Czech Army. In the conclusion of the theoretical part both institutions are defined and the emphasis is on their communications department. The methodological part describes the research method of semi-structured interviews, which are used to collect relevant data. It also defines the research problem and research questions. The third part of the thesis is devoted to research where data collected from nine respondents from the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff of the Army are analyzed and categorized to relevant research questions. Respondents answered questions that addressed the communication objectives of the Army, formats and contents of the communication, new media and their work in relation to editorial routines. Purchase behavior in automotive segment

The aim of the thesis is the contextual and procedural analysis of customers purchase behavior. Both analyses point out several internal and external factors, which play their role in customer's decision- making process. The result of the process is or it is not the purchase of a product. In theoretical part of the thesis is described customer's behavior at the purchase of both: standard products and also newly introduced product by which doesn't previous customer experience exist. Research part is divided into two parts. First part is an analysis of factors, which influence purchase of a passenger car. Research identifies the factors, which play a role in the decision-making process and determines the importance of these factors. Analyses compares the response of the customers with anticipation of the importance of the factors done by salesmen. Salesman is an integral part of the customer's decision-making process and he influences itby his/her assumptions. The factors are set into context with Maslow's Hierarchy of needs. It is possible to identify statistically important differences in perception of measured parameters among customers of car producer Mercedes-Benz, customers of other producers in automotive segment and salesmen of Mercedes-Benz. Factors influencing purchase behavior in relation to automobile purchase

| 1 Abstract The aim of the thesis is the contentual and procedural analysis of customers purchase behavior. Both analyses point out several internal and external factors, which play their role in customer's decision making process. The result of this process is or is not the purchase of the product. The combined research enables to identify the factors and determine their importance. In the qualitative research part parameters of the research are set based on semi-structured interviews. The parameters are then quantitatively measured according to their importance, after that they are analysed by means of factor analysis and via comparison the statistically important differences in decision making process among several target groups. Considering also the external factors influencing the sales process the perception of the same parameters by salesmen is researched as well, because they are a part of the customers decision making process and whose expectations also actively affect the process. The discovered factors were then compared with the Maslow's hierarchy of needs. From the other results of the research the conclusion was drawn that there do exist statistically important gender differences, differences between perception of the customers needs among various owners of sales points and among salesmen....

This thesis is focused on analyzing of the possibilities of biodegradable municipal waste management in Brno-city district Nový Lískovec. The practical part analyzes the situation of bio-waste management in Brno and describes the best practices from the Czech Republic and abroad. Another part proposes the possibilities of bio-waste management in Nový Lískovec. Proposed possibilities are evaluated in terms of technical and financial demands and funding opportunities. This analysis also reflected residents interest in bio-waste sorting. Residents interest was assessed by questionnaire survey. The result of this thesis is a recommendation to set up the most suitable system of bio-waste management in Nový Lískovec.
