This thesis deals with a design of new dot-wheels gearing. These wheels serve for closing of paper covers of tea bags. First of all the suggested spare options of the gearing shape are compared with the original. On the basis of the comparison results the gearing is solved as a substandard kind of involute gearing. The involute gearing is designed by the method of generalized parameters. For the gearing design the program GEARING – symetrical profile version 1.5. was used. Consequently this program was adapted for the case of the change of the instrument shape by the user. The kind of wheels material was designed. Further the way of wheels production for single-piece and batch production was also designed. At the end the economic evaluation of the wheels production with newly designed profile was done.

The Employer's Responsability for the Damage Caused to Employee by Work Accidents and Occupational Diseases

v anglickém jazyce The dissertation thesis deals with a very substantial and permanent part of the labour law's field and labour law-related and the other connected relationships, i.e. the issue of the work accidents and occupational diseases, mainly from the perspective of that arised reponsability's relationship, resp. the employer's obligations to damages' compensation in relation to employee and his individual rights (claims) to the damages' compensation due to the incurred accidents in the form of a work accident or occupational disease. The author's impetus to the choise of the working accidents and occupational diseases' topic (resp. the employer's responsability for damages caused to emploees due to working accidents and occupational diseases) for the purposes of the dissertation thesis is owed to (permanently) a very substantial importance of the issue in the terms of labour law-related relationships and generally and essentially society-wide relationships, even if in despite of a very substantial importance of the issue the expert's litterature to the issue of the working accidents and occupational diseases is not to be considered as sufficient. Trends in drugs addiction prevention in Switzerland

Die drogen Problematik ist ständig in der Ganze Welt sehr aktuel. Da ich die Möglichkeit hatte einen etwas verschiedennen Zutrit in der Welt kennen zu lernnen, würde ich gern die Lösung in meiner Diplomarbeit beschreiben "Der Trends in der Lösung der Drogenabhengigkeit in Schweiz". Ich glaube, dass dieser Zutritt in der Tschechische Republik von Interesse sein konnte.Schweiz ist ien Land mit längeren Erfahrungen mit Drogenabhengigkeit und deshalb hattensie in Praxis neue Erfahrungen erwerben können. Deshalb könnten sie die meist wirksamen Metoden anvenden. Warum sollte man sich nicht inspirieren? Der Ziel dieser Arbeit ist vor allem die Erfahrung der Prevention in der Stadt Zürich anzuwenden.
