The content of this diploma thesis is the assessment of the information system and proposals of changes that aim to increase its overall level. In the work we will find a division into 3 main chapters, which are: theoretical background, analytical part and own proposals of changes. In the theoretical part we will explain the most important terms necessary for understanding the whole work. In the analytical part we will analyse the current state of the information system and introduce the company for which the proposals are being processed. The conclusion is the actual proposal of changes and their economic evaluation.

The diploma thesis deals with the discovery of flaws in the processes and information system with suggestions for improvement. The work is based on a localization company which operates worldwide and it is considered among the best in the field of localization. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first one is the theoretical framework which was used during analysis of the company and its information system and, consequently, is described in the second part of the work. The last and the most important part is a description of the current processes and a suggestion of changes in order to improve and increse the efficiency of these processes. Also, in this work, there is a time analysis with possible risks which may occur. At the end of the work, I deal with an economic assessment of the changes and their benefits for the society.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the selection and implementation of the most suitable information system for the selected company. The first part of this thesis describes theory, the second part includes analysis and requirements of the company and the last one covers selection of the appropriate information system and its implementation.

Topic of this Diploma thesis is assessment of information system in selected company Ryba Žilina s.r.o.. This phase of assessment comes out from extensive analysis and findings. After evaluation of analytical methods used, suggestions for improvement of current information system, will be created. This proposals should bring positive asset for company itself and improve some of the processes in company.

The bachelor thesis is focussing on the assessment of the information system and the design of its changes in sledovanitv.cz s.r.o. In my thesis there is an analysis of the current state of the company and subsequent suggestions for improving the deficiencies of the given system, which should bring to the company improvement of efficiency. The proposals for improvement themselves are based on analysis of the current situation.

The goal of this bachelor’s thesis is the design of the information system, an application for interconnecting the management and the employees for companies in the hospitality sector. for the limited liability company Staffers AS. At the beginning of the thesis, we define important keywords and the theoretical sources. Afterwards we analyze the current situation and based on the results of the analysis we propose a solution to the problem.
