The goal of this bachelor’s thesis is the design of the information system, an application for interconnecting the management and the employees for companies in the hospitality sector. for the limited liability company Staffers AS. At the beginning of the thesis, we define important keywords and the theoretical sources. Afterwards we analyze the current situation and based on the results of the analysis we propose a solution to the problem.

The goal of the master’s thesis is the conceptualization of information system, which shall serve as a B2B and a B2C product for the chosen company. The author of the thesis defines the theoretical basis relevant for the understanding of the thesis. The thesis includes an analysis of the current situation, from which stems the decision-making process for the construction of said information system.
