Mass intoxication from the point of view of a paramedic

The topic of the Bachelor thesis is:"Mass intoxication from the point of view a paramedic. The work comprises two parts: theoretical and research. In the beginning, the theoretical part describes the types of the chosen mass intoxications and their subsequent therapy. It also touches on organ systems damage due to the impact of harmful substances, general therapeutic methods and finally, there are details of sorting and transporting patients during a vast mass intoxication. Qualitative method of data collection was used for the research part. The data were gathered in the form of semi-structured interviews with paramedics from the South Bohemian Region. There was one objective set for the research part. It was to map what forms of mass intoxications paramedics meet in connection with giving pre-hospital emergency treatment. Based on this objective, two research questions were set. Research question No. 1: What mass intoxications do paramedics expect in connection with exercising their profession? Research question No. 2: How do paramedics proceed when giving pre-hospital emergency treatment in mass intoxications? Respondents answered 25 questions that were prepared in advance. The data were analysed and classified in tables. It follows from the survey research that paramedics meet mass intoxications only sporadically while exercising their profession, yet in most above-mentioned mass intoxications they are well aware of the clinical picture and the subsequent therapeutic method.

Orgasm and sexual satisfaction in woman

This thesis deals with the topic of orgasm, sexual satisfaction and satisfaction in a partner relationship. The aim of the work is to investigate the relationships between achieving orgasm, sexual satisfaction and overall satisfaction in individuals who are currently in a partner relationship. Investigation of these relationships is only in women. The theoretical part of the work focuses on defining terms such as orgasm, satisfaction or partner relationship. It also focuses to get acquainted with topics such as orgasm function, sexual arousal and dysfunction, especially orgasm disorders, as well as the theme of factors contributing to orgasm. Within the framework of satisfaction, this thesis focuses on the topic of sexual satisfaction and with the theme of orgasm, it places in the context of overall satisfaction in a partner relationship. The empirical part of this work describes a quantitative type of research with the aim of establishing the relationship between the achievement of orgasm or sexual function measured using the FSFI questionnaire, sexual satisfaction examined using the GRISS questionnaire and overall satisfaction in the partner relationship measured using the CSI (32) questionnaire. Correlation of evaluation criteria of non-investment programs of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports on the example of Czech Badminton Union

Title: Correlation of evaluation criteria of non-investment programs of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports on the example of Czech Badminton Union Objectives: The aim of this work is to determine the degree of dependence of the evaluation criteria of national sports associations on the amount of funds received from the non-investment programs of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. Methods: In this thesis was used a method of analysis of secondary data, namely documents issued by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and the Czech Badminton Union. For the calculations in the practical part of this thesis was used correlation and regression analysis. The MS Office Excel tools were used to determine the correlation coefficients - Regression function and then the Solver function to predict model situations. Results: For all the evaluation criteria surveyed in this thesis, the positive dependence to income of Czech Badminton Union was confirmed. The increase in the membership base, the number of national team players or the number of players included in regional youth training centres cause the increase of volume of financial contributions received from the non-investment programs of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. The Content and Structure of Sexual Fantasies of Men and Women

Several researches have studied sexual fantasies (SF), and many studies have described the gender differences in frequency, content and incidence. However, most of these studies work in a quantitative way of analysis. The data are obtained from questionnaires containing reductive statements that can be interpreted differently by respondents. The results are sometimes very different across studies. In the present work we have therefore decided to use qualitative and quantitative method of analysis to study the content of SF of men and women and to describe the gender differences. For our research, we obtained data describing the most popular SFs (using a questionnaire with closed-end and open-end questions and also from a freely written favourite SF in the form of a film script by respondents) from a total of 407 women and 159. The sample was based on quotas created according to the data of the Czech Statistical Office (2011). The quotas selected an age-representative sample of 100 women and 100 men whose fantasies were analysed. In terms of qualitative analyses, we have described the following interesting categories regarding female SF: sexual activity occurring in SF; the importance of a submissive role for women; high preference in group activities.
