Overhead costs in the construction company

The topic of my thesis is overhead costs in a construction company. The theoretical part of the thesis explains what is a construction company, what types of costs are, how costs are managed and what calculation methods are used. In the practical part is characterized the analyzed company. The style in which a company manages and calculates overhead costs. After this is created another way of calculating overhead costs, application of this method to the actually performed contract and then there is compare of both methods. At the end of the practical part is the evaluation.

Evaluation of Economic Efficiency and Risks of Projects of Roads in South-Moravian Region

This thesis deals with the issue of Evaluation of Economic Efficiency and Risks of Projects of Roads in South-Moravian Region. The first part of the thesis is theoretical. In the introduction defines the life cycle of an investment project. The studies and documentation of project are described. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the methodological evaluation of the effectiveness of public projects. The practical part of the thesis is aimed on the processing of economic and risk analysis. The evaluated project is the reconstruction of road and the construction of a new bridge structure on the road II/374 between the village Bílovice nad Svitavou and the town Adamov. The eCBA application was used to evaluate efficiency. A qualitative risk analysis of the project is carried out at the end of this thesis.

Organization and course of construction contract

The topic of my bachelor thesis is the organization and development of a construction contract. The theoretical part explains, what project management is, describe life cycle of the construction, assessment the price of the construction work and which software is used. In the practical part is the description of the contractor and how the construction proceeded. Subsequently, my alternative procedure is described and its valued by the expert estimate and with the price system. The aim is to evaluate the differences between the real and alternative progress of construction.

Mutual comparison of fitness test results and floorball skills tests among Czech talented youth and youth from the Vysočina Region

Title: Mutual comparison of results of fitness tests and tests of floorball skills among talented Czech youth and youth from the Vysočina Region. Objectives: The main aim of the Master's thesis is to evaluate the level of player skills and fitness skills among regional youth teams and youth from the Vysočina Region. For the comparison, the categories of younger and older male and female pupils, and junior men and women were selected. Methods: For the purposes of this Master's thesis, the method of quantitative research of the categories of younger and older male and female pupils, and junior men and women in floorball from the Vysočina Region was applied. The floorball test battery of the Czech Floorball, consisting of fourteen player tests focused on floorball skills and fitness skills, of which seven scientifically standardized tests were selected, was used for testing. For the determination of validity, an expert analysis was used, a repeated measurement (test - retest) was performed to determine the reliability of the tests, and the Fleiss' Kappa value was calculated to determine the evaluators' concordance. Diploma thesis deals with design of project for mobile application (Android and iOS platform) and web administration development. For manage this project are used project management methods. This thesis consists of three parts. First part describes theoretical facts. Next part analyzes the curent state and also serves as a basis for the third part which is suggestion of solution. This last part focuses on complete design of the development of the mobile application by Reinto s.r.o.for the purpose of profit and extension of the portfolio of references.

Heart rate during training and match load at pupil floorball team TJ Spartak Pelhřimov

This work presents a comparison of the size of the load anaerobic older pupils in floorball during the training process and in a competitive match. In one month took place in 'Spartak Pelhřimov in three aprobantů heart rate monitor. Data were processed using these sport testers Foreruner Garmin and Polar RS 400. Subsequently, an evaluation of the individual measured data. Carried out the research, we found that the measurements during a training session and competition matches, was demonstrated similar and different maximum average heart rate for all three of floorball.

The first part is theoretical and it describes making of business plan. The following part is analytic which makes any conclusions for solution in third part. This thesis tries to find some opportunities and weaknesses in production part of company and after that it suggests bussiness plan that would help company to improve sales, quality of products and stabilize position on czech and also foreign market.

Company Financing via Initial Public Offering

Subject of this thesis is initial public offering and it’s main goal is describing of obtaining external funds for company’s funding. In the first part of the thesis is description of basic structure of financial markets, especially stock markets. The term IPO and it’s advantages and disadvantages are described. The last part is focused on individual steps of IPO realization. This thesis is focused on evaluation of chosen company’s entry on stock market. Especially macro-economic presumptions for IPO, readiness of chosen company and choice of suitable market are evaluated.
