Bachelor thesis compares the properties of composite materials with basalt fiber or with glass fiber. The main objective is comparison of the mechanical properties, which include fire resistance. Concretely, thesis will deal with bending properties of composite material with basalt fiber. These properties of composite material with basalt fiber will be compared with the bending properties of the composite material with glass fiber and plywood. The second part will deal with fire resistance of composite material with basalt fiber and will compare with the fire resistance plywood and composite material with glass fiber. Finally will be made a test of the surface resistant against falling bullet.

Companies in Private International Law with a special focus on the Czech, Danish and European law The purpose of my thesis is to analyse the possibility of transfer of company seat and the impact of right of establishment, as is provided by the Treaty establishing the European Community, mainly as is defined in art. 43 and 48. The reason for my research is that I believe that in recent years was an interesting breakthrough in the recognition of foreign companies on the territory of the Member States, mainly under the influence of the ECJ decision and I hope that the work at the 14th Directive will be finalized in the near future, since the European Parliament in resolution of 10 March 2009 with recommendations to the Commission on the cross-border transfer of the registered office of a company, requests the Commission to submit to Parliament by 31 March 2009, on the basis of Article 44 of the EC Treaty, a legislative proposal for that directive. The thesis is composed of eight chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of the problems, which can be relevant for companies during conduct business in other states, than is their real seat or under whose legal regime was incorporated. The diploma thesis deals with a documentation of a family house construction. This house’s main supporting structure is made of wood, speciffically CLT panels. The documentation contains both an architectural and an engineering solution. The house is designed as a bungalow type for the family of four or five. The building complies with valid hygiene regulations and related standards. The object is located in Volfířov, the descriptive number is 604/12. Also there is a review of a perimeter protection of buildings. In conclusion there are solved and compared heating possibilities.

Market Development of a Cocoa

The bachelor thesis called Market development and trade of cocoa is focused on evaluation and development of an international cocoa trade. In the thesis there is also discribed the trade with a fair trade cocoa and other commodities that are produced from it. This work is divided into two parts, the theoretical one where I focused on cocoa as commodity itself, then on organisastions such as Fair Trade and WTO and international trade of historical development of consumption of this commodity. The practical part of this task is focused on fluctuations of the cooca prices in time horizon where this part is focusing especially on selected developing countries. Last but not least the thesis deals with trade of this commodity and its own production development.

Jeřábková, L. Assesment of property management by a municipality, case study Vranová Lhota. Bachelors' degree thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2014. This bachelors' degree thesis aims at assessesing financial and property management of Vranová Lhota municipality from 2010 to 2013. Based on the results of the assessment measures for the municipality management improvement are proposed. The theoretical part of the thesis reviews background information relating to the key definitions and municipality management legislation in the Czech Republic. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of property and budget in the Vranová Lhota municipatity from 2010 to 2013 including a SWOT analysis. Recommendations on how to reduce expenses and thus improve the municipality management are formulated.
