Tento druh práce s mladými lidmi je nedílnou součástí nabídky sociálních služeb, protože se zaměřuje na jedince a skupiny, které nemohou či nechtějí vyžívat institucionalizovanou formu služeb.
Colour preferences and personality traits

The bachelor thesis is focused on color preferences and personality traits. They are examined associations of these two phenomena based on the Big Five model of personality paint method Kvinternocolor. Work is divided into two sections - theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part consists of two main parts. The first contains the subject's personality. It described what a personality is and what is affected. Discusses adopt model of personality Big Five with five dimensions, which includes personality questionnaire NEO-P-IR used in the practical part. The second chapter is all about colors. It contains information about what color means as well as perceived by man. It also focused on psychology of color with an emphasis on color preferences. In conclusion, the method described Kvinternocolor used in art therapy studio in the Czech Budejovice. In the practical part opposite poles compared five personality traits of the Big Five in terms of color preferences, which is determined by KTC. At fifty respondents, is examined trends in color preference of individual personality traits.
The criminal liability and sanctioning of legal person

This thesis mainly deals with the analysis of the substantive aspects of criminal liability and sanctioning of legal entities within the meaning of the Act No. 418/2011 Coll., on criminal liability of legal persons and proceedings against them (hereinafter "ZTOPO"), entered into force on January 1, 2012 in the Czech Republic. The law governing the criminal liability of legal persons is effective for almost five years, yet this topic is still very controversial and debated. The aim of this study is to provide a comprehensive brief overview the issue of criminal liability and sanctioning of legal persons in the Czech Republic. The third chapter, which deals with the substantive provisions of ZTOPO regarding the criminal liability of legal persons, is the main content of this work and then also the fourth chapter, which is devoted to the question of delimitation of sanctions, that can be imposed to condemned legal person. This work deals with legal regulation of legal entities, comparisons of the criminal liability legislation of legal entities in France, the Slovak Republic and in Germany, the development of criminal liability of legal persons in the Czech Republic and in particular analysis of selected substantive provisions of ZTOPO. The topic of my thesis is a recognition in criminal proceedings. The thesis deals with recognition in terms of crimilonogy and criminal procedure. The recognition is one of the important evidence, which are often based on evidence in criminal proceedings. At first sight it may seem that a recognition is easy procedure in criminal proceedings, but closer examination reveals its complexity. The aim of the thesis is to introduce the recognition as a special way of proving and its specifics, summarization of the knowledge gained by studying textbooks and monographs, articles in journals and some judicial decisions, as well as outlining the selected questions and poiting out possible problems, especially the obligation of the defendant to attend the recognition. The thesis is divided into eight chapters, which are divided to subchapters. Following the introduction, the first chapter defines the concept of recognition, and then focuses on psychological basics of recognition, historical evolution of recognition as an evidence since 1873 and also its grounding in the Code of Criminal Procedure. A framework for paperless office implementation in manufacturing companies

This master´s thesis discusses the introduction of a paperless office in manufacturing companies. The main goal of our work is to create a general framework for implementing paperless offices in such enterprises. The theoretical part presents the needs of today´s information society, focusing on the requirements of manufacturing companies. Next, the thesis describes the closely related topics such as company documentation and document archivation. The key chapter of the theoretical part deals with the subject of paperless office itself by discussing the current knowledge about different approaches, digitization, benefits, risks and suitable tools of information systems. The outcome of our work - and its main contribution - is the newly proposed general framework, which may serve as a guide for implementing paperless office solutions in the manufacturing companies. The practical part of the thesis demonstrates an application of the suggested framework to propose a solution for the company called Mi-King s.r.o.
Younger school age children's drawings (children's drawings from common elementary classes and classes for gifted children)

The bachelor thesis is focused on younger age school children´s drawings. Drawings made by children in common elementary classes and classes for talented children are compared. The work is divided into two sections: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part includes three main chapters. The first deals with the development stage of younger age school children. It mentions personal development and self-perception. It also focuses on the cognitive, emotional, and social development in this period. In the second chapter, a particular child's drawing is described with emphasis on ontogeny. The last chapter is focused on talent and characteristic of gifted children In the practical part the children were asked to draw a self-portrait and a portrait of their dream house. It pursues a goal to find and describe the differences in children's artistic expressions. For this purpose, 28 drawings made by children from common classes of elementary school and a same number of drawings by gifted children aged 9 - 11 years are analyzed. Results are obtained on the basis of drawing observation and in advanced specified criteria.
