The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a company website according to the latest trends and standards including inherit web analytics implementation. The website should inform new and current customers, raise public awareness about the company and provide data to analyze its usage. The theoretical part briefly describes key terms, such as HTML, CSS and web analytics methods. The practical part focuses on creating website optimized for mobile devices with a focus on basic search engine optimization and successful Google Analytics implementation.
Social networks and new media - use in sales of accommodation services in the Czech Republic

Bachelor thesis is focused on comparism the ways of selling and mediating accommodation in the Czech Republic with help of new media and social networks. The main goal is to learn the latest sales methods, for example with help of internet portals, social networks or mobile apps, to evaluate their properties and benefits for both, the accommodation provider and the customer. The theoretical part of the thesis is divided into chapters of different sales methods including their advantages and disadvantages and in the practical part it is possible to see the functioning, operation and demonstration of real data from the portal operated by the solver of this work. The thesis should be beneficial for those who like to travel and want to find new ways to get accommodation and for those who provide accommodations and want to get new clients.
Selected aspects of development of information society for business opportunities in the Czech Republic

Today's environment of information society brings many changes. The main objective was to identify those changes which the development of the Internet affect business opportunities. A fundamental change is globalization and the related impact on marketing, strategic planning, record-keeping and human resource management. The thesis also focuses on the importance of education, experience and skills and their relationship to the business, which raises the question whether the current period has contributed to more successful business plans. Different levels of knowledge and experience, along with information literacy of individuals affect the use of modern information and communication technologies for formulating business plans. On real cases, the author applies theoretical knowledge and explains the context, because it shows that there is no demonstrable importance of Internet development to the success of business plans.
Use of modern cutomer care tools for start-up project

Objective of this thesis is to propose optimization and expansion of the tools used for customer care from the perspective of communication with customers in a specific environment, commencing, thus start-up, project. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts that relate to the work environment, customer care, communication and technology, which are further used in the practical part. The practical part includes a closer acquaintance with the specific start-up project, including a list of used communication channels and tools that are further investigated to determine their effectiveness and use. Another part of this chapter is an analysis of available communication channels and tools of customer careincluding modern ,but also classical and their comaprison For objective and successful optimization is part of the practical part a sociological research, which examines the preferences of potential customers and their subjective evaluation of the specific variants of communication from the perspective of boosting confidence, or on the contrary loss of their confidence in the selection of the company. In the end of the chapter there is designed such optimization, which uses all the available tools modern and classical at minimal financial cost and also reflects the results of sociological research and analysis of originally used communication methods of start-up project.
Analysis of possible deplyment of Windows 10 at the University of Economics

This thesis deal with the newest operating system Windows 10 from Microsoft and its possible deployment at the University of Economics. In the first part, it describes a brief history from the very beginning of the Windows operating system to the current version of Windows 8.1. Afterwards, the thesis deals with the introduction of Windows 10, which arrives on the market in the summer of 2015. There are described the most significant updates of Windows 10 in comparison to previous versions. In the Bachelor's thesis is used the only available version, which is accessible under the test community Insider. At the end are analyzed computer assembly, all installed applications at University of Economic and other necessary data.
Internet marketing in automobile company

Last two years was not only the Czech new cars market greatly suppressed by the global economic crisis. Especially in this time was necessary for the survival advantage using all the possible tools that could help sustain sales. This thesis aims to completely map the ever-evolving internet marketing, both in terms of actual campaigns, internet advertising theory and practical experience in the course of writing the work yet to be tried and evaluated realistically. The work will analyze the various competing campaigns and evaluate their success on which we get to the comparison of theoretical and real effective campaign plane.
Designing a web application for online photo-stock business

This diploma thesis is focused on conceptual design of photo-stock web application, which uses information management to a comprehensive solution to the problem. The first part deals with the problem definition and related areas, as well as theoretical base. There are explained main terms that relate to photo-stock business and web application technologies. Since the proposal is focused on the area of electronic sales, attention here is focused on the current form of e-commerce, statistics and specifics, which arise from the electronic shopping. Then are mentioned characteristics of two methodologies - MMDIS methodology, which focuses on the multidimensional approach to system design and Chackland soft systems methodology. Methodologies and their phases are used to identify areas that need to be addressed in the proposal. Finally, describes the principles for designing successful web applications and basic parts of web audit. The second part is focused on understanding the complex situation that concerns the intention of creating a photo-stock business draft. There are identified lines of business, objectives and strategies of the organization. Based on the company's award is presented a basic specification of the application and the required functionality. Further segmentation is performed by potential customers. System approaches are defined by the root system definitions. Then are introduced analysis of competition and SWOT analysis, which is made from two views of access to the system. Summarized and discussed are economic and technical aspects of the proposal, including the income model. It is performed process system (identify processes, their connections and their information needs). Furthermore, the proposal deals with the possibilities of outsourcing in the data storage and networking basic parts of the system. All this information is transformed into the final design solution. This is outlined in terms of customer, vendor and business perspective. They are presented modified processes that were created in the process analysis. The specification and the design is formulated by questions and answers that bring the system. The following is a brief comparison with competing projects and an outline of further development options. The conclusion includes an appraisal of the work and its benefits.
Analysis of computer literacy of the middle-aged population and the possibilities of its increasing

This thesis deals with the analysis of computer literacy of the middle-aged population. There are analyzed the basic terms related to this issue. There is also presented the information society development. Just the term information society is closely related to computer literacy, through which people are able to access new information sources. The level of knowledge varies with age and education of the population. The middle-aged people who are subject of this thesis could not acquire computer skills during their school education, and therefore they are at risk of information divide. This thesis outlines the possibilities of increasing computer literacy including its certification. The practical part deals with the field survey in which respondents answered the questions derived from the ECDL tests, so it was possible to decide on level of their knowledge. Computer literacy is important for the economic prosperity of society, and therefore it is necessary to analyze its status and look for possibilities of its improvement.
