Eliáš, Jakub ; Zámečníková, Eva (referee) ; Květoňová, Šárka (advisor)
The objective of this thesis is abstract the difficulties of execution of a firm's financial healthiniss analysis with a view to main financial indexes, that are being used for financial analysis. Next point is design, create and test own conception of program solution on the base of studying and estimation existing possibility of software tool for execution of a firm's financial healthiniss analysis. Further in this thesis describe and demonstrate possibility of resulting system and review reached products and discuss possibility of future progress of created product.
Ricci flow and geometric analysis on manifolds

Title: Ricci flow and geometric analysis on manifolds Author: Jakub Eliáš Ústav: Matematický ústav UK Supervisor: doc. RNDr. Petr Somberg Ph.D., Matematický ústav UK Abstract: This thesis discusses basis aspects of the Ricci flow on manifolds with a view towards the ambient space construction. We start with the back- ground review of the Riemannian geometry and parabolic partial differential equations, and the Ricci flow problem on manifolds is established. Then we aim towards the formulation of the Ricci flow problem on ambient spaces and provide several basic examples. There are two main parts: the first consists of general theory needed to formulate our problem and strategy, while the second part consists of particular calculations associated with the Ricci flow problem. Keywords: Ricci flow, Ambient space, Ambient metric, Poincaré-Einstein metric. 1
Political communication on social media within the Covid-19 pandemic
Eliáš, Jakub ; Shavit, Anna (advisor) ; Konrádová, Marcela (referee)
The thesis is focused on the topic of political communication on the social media site Twitter during the first year of SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, specifically between 1.2.2020 - 31.1.2021. The main focus is on a few selected political actors from the Czech political establishment, specifically government officials and opposition political parties. Political communication of those selected actors was analysed using quantitative content analysis. As a part of this analysis, the author created multiple research questions to determine communication strategy of each selected actor. The analysis itself focused mainly on the frequency of occurrence of words related to pandemic, use of hashtags, and popularity factor within Twitter's network of users. As a unit of analysis was chosen each post published by the selected actor within the selected time frame. The author provided interpretation of each result throughout the thesis and also connects those results with created research questions in the thesis summary. The thesis ends with further ideas show to continue this research in the future.

Title: Grassmann and flag manifolds Author: Jakub Eliáš Department: Matematický ústav Univerzity Karlovy Supervisor: Mgr. Lukáš Krump, Ph.D., Matematický ústav Univerzity Karlovy Abstract: This bachelor thesis deals with describing Grassmann and flag man- ifolds as smooth manifolds with their properties. In order to do so we use Lie group theory to introduce a way to construct a smooth atlas on a general quo- tient of a Lie group and its closed Lie subgroup. The thesis consists of two parts. In the first part we summarize needed basics of Lie group theory, we introduce the quotient of a Lie group and its closed Lie subgroup and describe a means how to express it as a homogeneous space. In the second part we introduce the Grassmann manifolds and flag manifolds (which we break up to complete and partial ones) and express both types of them as homogeneous spaces. Keywords: Grassmann manifold, flag manifold, homogeneous space, isotropy group 1
