Internal Communication in a Selected Company

This diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. Main goal is to set a right internal communication for chosen company. The current situation is analysed and evaluated. Results from the theoretical and practical part are put forward for proposals of internal communication. These proposals should decrease a fluctuation of employees, raise motivation of employees and influence working atmosphere positively. Final diploma thesis will be given to researched company.
Critical spots in teaching psychology in secondary schools from the perspective of teachers

In accordance with the actual trend of examining critical spots of various fields of study curricula the goal of this thesis is to understand the problematics of critical spots in teaching psychology at secondary schools and gymnasiums from the psychology teachers' point of view. The thesis is divided in the theoretical and the practical parts. The curriculum of psychology is examined in the first part. There are focused the conception of psychology teaching in the Czech Republic and the process of the mediation of the curriculum, which could be explained also as a process of the didactical transformation and its particular levels. It is also aimed to critical spots of curriculum, defining them and determining their relation to the key and dynamic spots of curriculum. The theoretical part is closed by the resumption of existing researches. The practical part solves the questions linked with critical spots of psychology curriculum by qualitative research. Concretely: which spots of psychology teaching secondary school and gymnasium teachers consider to be critical, what are their causes and how to try to overcome them. The answers are sought out by the content analysis of eleven interviews with psychology teachers. The general psychology is analysed as a most common critical spot of psychology teaching to understand this problematics deeper.

It is an autoimmune response, which leads to the production of antibodies against bacterial antigens, which also recognize human targets which are similar to M protein in the wall of the β-hemolytic streptococci and thus damage human tissue as well. Disease affects many organs such as joints, central nervous system, subcutaneous tissue and skin, but leaves lasting effects only on the heart. Usually not all symptoms are present, carditis and chorea are more common in children, arthritis in adults. Chronic rheumatic heart disease as a consequence of rheumatic carditis is associated with high morbidity and mortality in developing countries, where its incidence is the highest. There is no specific treatment for RH. We use only symptomatic treatment or preventive tools. Regime measures, including bed rest are also important in the case of acute rheumatic fever (ARH). The psychological importance of sport in the context of individuals coping with physical disability

The bachelor thesis is focused on coping of individuals with mobility disorders through sports activities. The aim of this thesis is to understand the ways of coping of individuals with impaired mobility and the role of sport in this process in particular individuals. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains an explanation of basic concepts related to the bachelor thesis: physical disability, disability as a difficult life situation and sport in the life of individuals with physical disabilities. The theoretical part further elaborates on the problem of coping with the difficult life situation, the importance of sport, both on a general level and on the level of dealing with disability. In the practical part, the qualitative research examines the role of sport in the process of coping of individuals with mobility disorders. The other meanings that these sporting individuals attribute are also analyzed.
