Proposal for Christmas Tour Advertising Campaign

Master‘s thesis called “Proposal of Advertising Campaign for Christmas Tour” focuses on making a marketing plan proposal for a certain project. This thesis is divided into three main parts. The first chapter presents theoretical starting points from the marketing area. The second chapter deals with the analysis of the current state of the selected company and Christmas tour project. Proposals for improvement of the promotion and overall running of the project are formulated in the third chapter.
Reflection of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in the "Rudé Právo" news during the normalisation era

Theme of this graduation thesis is a medial coverage of one of the most important conflicts placed in the Middle East during the cold war from the official newsletter of Czechoslovak communist party and how this news affected public opinion and the relation, Czech people had on the Israeli- Palestinian conflict. For the purpose of the research, were chosen four historical events, which created significant points of the state Israel and his history as well as they affected the medial picture of Israeli government. These historical events are: assault on the Israeli Olympic team in Munich 1972, hijacking of the flight AF 340 with Israeli citizens on board and the rescue action on Entebbe airport in 1976, war in Lebanon against Syria and the PLO, opening of the first Palestinian intifada in 1987. This thesis should demonstrate the relation of the Czechoslovak political elites to a Middle East struggle and to describe how was the Czechoslovak reader manipulated by this prominent journal. For the investigation of the fair mindedness rate, that Rudé právo in foreign press service had, we use a confrontation with some chosen reputable west journals like International Herald Tribune, Frankfurter Allgemeine and Guardian.
