UWB Automated Testing Tool

This thesis deals with the process of automating the testing of wireless locators. These devices use the UWB system, which is introduced in the theoretical part of this thesis. Furthermore, the topic of the testing process and the possibilities of its automation are discussed. The practical part of this thesis is devoted to the design and construction of an automated test fixture for UWB locators, both hardware and software part.

This bachelor thesis deals with issues of electronic commerce with a primary focus on customers. On the pieces of knowledge of the theoretical part is proposed electronic commerce strategy, which will improve better services for customers, increased competitiveness, but also improve the promotion and brand building. The bachelor thesis includes proposal of a strategy that will be beneficial not only for e-commerce, but for customers.

Mobile app for tag configuration in positioning system

The aim of this thesis is the design and realization of mobile application cooperating with wireless locator. Its purpose is providing information about the device and its current configuration or changing that configuration in on or off state, even without any power supply. This is possible by thanks to the usage of modern short distance wireless technology – NFC. In case of need, it’s possible to perform firmware updates over the Bluetooth 5.0 technology. Both technologies are described in theoretical part of this thesis, followed by necessary parts of locator and realization of that application written in Java language for the Android operation system.

Includes description of the current state in electronic presentation, the description of the advantages and disadvantages these procedures, as well as practical implementation of 3D model.

Masculinity in the American Far-Right, Its Character, Radicalization and Risks of Violence

The thesis focuses on the topic of masculinity within the American far right and aims to examine its nature, radicalization, and possible risks of violence. The thesis is based on a qualitative methodology and employs a comparative study method. The subject of the analysis are individual far-right organizations and movements operating on the American political scene. Specifically, five groups were selected, namely Proud Boys, Oath Keepers, Incel, Kingdom Identity Ministries and Nationalist Social Club. For each selected group, the research analysed their approach to violence and their views on gender-related issues. Analysis of the literature and individual case studies suggests that gender and with it also masculinity have a strong influence on the American far right. Issues related to gender resonate strongly among supporters of the American far-right movements and organizations that primarily consists of white men. As a result of this analysis, the radical construct of masculinity was found in three of the five selected far-right groups: Proud Boys, Incel, and the Nationalist Social Club. Contemporary thinkers of the European far right: a comparative analysis

The thesis deals with the political thinking of contemporary intellectual representatives of the extreme right, as well as the thinkers who built the ideological foundations for the modern extreme right. In the first part of the thesis, the basic concepts with which the far-right scene works and also the methods of its organization are presented. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on important founders of extreme right-wing thought, Julius Evola, Oswald Spengler, Carl Schmitt and Ernst Jünger. The next part of the work is devoted to the characteristics of the contemporary extreme right, the introduction of ideological pillars, the introduction of the French New Right and the identitarian movement. In the last part of the work, the opinions on selected topics of the main representatives of the intellectual far-right scene of today, Alain de Benoist, Guillaume Faye, Renaud Camus, Dominiqua Venner, Götze Kubitschek, Markus Willinger, Armin Mohler, Alexander Dugin, Franco Freda and Tomislav Sunić are examined and compared. Affective turn of political communication on social media

1 This dissertation examines the transformations of political communication through the lens of the affective turn explaining the interrelationships between the energy of the political leader, the subsequent intersubjective process of emotional energy production among his supporters, ritual and parasocial relations, and the establishing of political fandom. The thesis explores individual phenomena through virtual ethnography, taking the paralinguistic and phatic aspects of communication as the defining features of affective expressions. The analytical part of the thesis explores the Přísaha movement, its leader Robert Šlachta and the movement's Facebook community as representative of this broader phenomenon. In particular, the dissertation highlights the uniqueness of the resulting synergy creating political fandom and the fact that despite strategically managed and inauthentic communication, the resulting emotions of the supporters are authentic, and they experience intense feelings of hope, courage, love or care. The energy of the leader himself is the primary stimulus that draws followers into the movement, and encourages their activity.
