Gunár, Peter ; Staněk, Antonín (referee) ; Buday, Michal (advisor)
The object of this bachelor thesis is to create detailed geodetic point field for practical exercising in the area of faculty of civil engineering in Brno. In the thesis, there is described the process to choose of configuration of the geodetic point field, its stabilization and connection to the reference systém S-JTSK and height systém Bpv. The consequential issuance of structured documentation, the list of coordinates and heights of points and the grafical part of documentation, according to specified criteria.
Thematical large scale map of velodrom in Brno
Hrabovský, Lukáš ; Buday, Michal (referee) ; Kratochvíl, Richard (advisor)
The bachler thesis is dealing with creation of thematic map of Velodrom in Brno, made in scale of 1:250. The norther part of this Velodrom was measured by me and the souther part was received from my colleague Samuel Ďuriš. Thematic map contains planimetry, altimetry and map lettering. The map is carried out in the 3rd accuracy class in accordance with ČSN 01 3410 and is connected to reference systems S-JTSK and Bpv. The thesis includes the computation of the highest and the lowest elevation of the track.
Original cartographic products on the internet environment
Magda, Jakub ; Buday, Michal (referee) ; Andělová, Pavla (advisor)
The main point of this bachelors work is to find and review national and worlds topographic, thematic cartographics products on the internet enviroment. The beginning of the work is about what is cartography and describing thematic cartography. This work also include many examples of cartographics products. There is also capitol about making website for faculty of geodesy, where you can find all of this products.
Geophysical methods of integration of the local vertical datums into World Height System
Buday, Michal ; Novák,, Pavel (referee) ; Janák,, Juraj (referee) ; Kostelecký,, Jan (referee) ; Vatrt, Viliam (advisor)
One of the main problems of current physical geodesy is the unification of local height systems and the creation of the unified global vertical reference frame, whose primary definition constant will be the geopotential value of W0 on the level surface, such as geoid. This problem encounters several pitfalls, such as different types of physical heights used in the world, ways of eliminating the effects of tides on the shape of the Earth's body. The first parts of the thesis describe the theoretical foundations concerning the description of the Earth's gravitational field, the basics of height theory and the solution of the boundary value problems used in geodesy, together with the solution of the Hotine's and Stokes' integral by convolution. Due to the fact that the data of directly measured gravity acceleration for the territory of the Czechia and the Slovakia are not freely available with sufficient coverage, these data were replaced by gravity disturbances calculated from the Global Gravity Model of the Earth. To improve the data obtained from geopotential models, so-called residual terrain modelling was used. It is a spectral combination of gravity field models with relevant Earth's gravitational field quantities, which are obtained by modeling from a digital terrain model and a height model that represents the mean value of topography. The combination of these data consists of calculating those frequencies of the gravitational signal from the digital terrain model that are not a part of the signal obtained from geopotential models that in general have a lower spatial resolution. Two methods were used to connect the local height systems of the Czechia and the Slovakia. The first method was to use the solution of Molodensky's problem. The second method used is originally a method developed to test geopotential models. Both methods were tested on a set of measuring points (GNSS/levelling points).
Mapping Survey of the SOS Children’s Villages in Brno-Medlánky
Soukup, Štěpán ; Buday, Michal (referee) ; Kuruc, Michal (advisor)
Main purpose of this work is creation of purpose map with measured mapping survey data by tacheometry method in area of SOS children village in Brno located in cadastral area Medlánky. This work records the process of creation of the map starting with planning and land surveying to the final stage of work in the office. The output of land surveying and measuring is general purpose map made by the required standards ČSN 01 3410 and ČSN 01 3411 in a scale of 1:500. This map is primarly made to give an overview of area which is managed by top management of SOS children village Brno. This map shows basic elements and their position in the field but it also shows another elements like children playgrounds and relax zones.
GNSS Deformation Measurement of Railway Structure
Buday, Michal ; Bureš, Jiří (referee) ; Švábenský, Otakar (advisor)
The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate the train bridge shift using the satellite geodesy methods. Introductory part of the thesis is devoted to GNSS basis. The following part discribe work with commercial software Leica Geo Office. Results of calculations were transformed to local topocentric frame. In this frame were compared differencies between GNSS meassurment and classical terrestrial methods. Part of this thesis is to consider tropospheric refraction influence based on used tropospheric model. The end of this thesis is devoted to consider hypothesis that reference point which was considered as solid does not show trend of changing it's location. For this purpuse BERNESE GPS Software was used. GNSS meassurments were linked to the nearest points of permanent GNSS networks. Results are documented numerically and graphically.
Map of open-air museum of Ukrainian-Ruthenian culture in Svidník
Horochonič, Maroš ; Buday, Michal (referee) ; Vondrák, Jiří (advisor)
The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the preparation of a purpose map of the Open-Air Museum of Ukrainian-Ruthenian culture in Svidník. The work deals with the construction of an auxiliary measuring network, including its connection to the binding reference systems S-JTSK and Bpv using GNSS technology, detailed targeting of topography and elevation elements within the site and subsequent processing of measured data. The result is a purpose map at a scale of 1: 500, which can serve as a basis for future project design.
Exploitation of images from panoramatic camera of mobile mapping system
Belanis, Pavel ; Buday, Michal (referee) ; Volařík, Tomáš (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with an automated detection of vertical traffic signs in images from the panoramic camera Ladybug5. From the detected signs with help of a classifier, a GIS data set is automatically created, usable for example to passportisation of traffic signs. The first part of the thesis describes a theoretical basis needed to understand the given problematics. The second part is devoted to a specific procedure leading to the reliable classifier, its testing on an independent set of images and automated creation of the GIS data set. The output of the work are the trained classifiers and the GIS data sets containing vertical traffic signs.
