The importance of quality management in the initial stages of production

This thesis focuses on the management of quality. The main goal was to analyze the quality management system in the initial stages of production of a particular company and to give a recommendation how to improve this system considering results and information that were found. The theoretical part was prepared from professional literature and electronic sources. The basic concepts of quality management were explained here.The practical part focuses on the company in the South Bohemian region. This thesis presents the characteristics of the company and an analysis of the current state of the quality system during the incoming inspection of materials and components. Emphasis is placed on the handling of goods that must not be damaged before being allowed into production. The implementation of all these recommendations should lead to increase quality and to streamlining the whole process of the company.
Emotionality of children who experienced domestic violence in their families

This thesis studies a specific population of children exposed to domestic violence. The theoretical part is focused on the impacts of domestic violence on emotionality and emotional development of children. It also deals with the problematic aspects of children's emotionality that are believed to be disturbed by this traumatizing experience. These particular areas were chosen based on present studies focused on the children exposed to domestic violence. The empirical part of the study was developed in cooperation with the Locika centre. It studies chosen aspects of children's emotionality in a quantitative and qualitative way. Particularly, it investigates the ability to distinguish emotions and the ability of emotion regulation within the overall cognitive development.

Adéla Slámová Title: Effects of vestibular rehabilitation in elderly people with balance disorders Abstract: The bachelor's thesis deals with the influence of the vestibular rehabilitation on the postural stability of seniors who have balance disorders. Vestibular rehabilitation has an unmissable place in this issue, as it is able to ensure the preservation of the quality of life of the elderly without the need for subsequent hospitalization. This statement is based on the fact that vestibular rehabilitation serves as a prevention against falls and increases the overall fitness of the elderly. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis deals with case studies of three patients and the application of vestibular training to these patients. The main components of this training are elements of visual motor skills, eye-hand coordination, movement planning and balance training. The main methods of data collection are the PhysioSensing Stability Platform, the 10 Meter Walk Test and the Timed Up and Go Test. The aim of the bachelor's thesis focuses on several areas. Methods of developmental psychodiagnostics for children under the age of 3

Thesis focuses on methods of developmental psychodiagnostics for children under the age of 3. Characteristics of early childhood considering the general developmental patterns are introduced in the beginning. Then the focus is moved to the developmental psychodiagnostics, its specific situation, its demands from the examinator's point of view, as well as the specifics of infants and toddlers that can affect the process of making a developmental diagnosis. The essence of this thesis presents particular methods of developmental diagnostics, its development, description, use, advantages and possible disadvantages. For better demonstraion of the administration process, each method is supplemented with a brief example of an possible examination. In the end of the thesis a research project is being proposed. That is a project of concurrent validity of the parent- completed "Ages and Stages Questionnaires" with the Gesell scales.
