Information System Assessment and Proposal of ICT Modification

The bachelor thesis analyzes the current state of the information system developed by NeoHealth s.r.o in a non-state health facility in Stupava. The first part contains theoretical information from the field of information systems and methods of analysis. The second part is devoted to the analysis of the medical facility and the information system itself. In the last part there is an evaluation of the information system analysis and its own solution suggestions which should lead to higher efficiency of the information system.

The diploma thesis deals with the use of project management methods in practice, specifically the proposal to introduce a smart waste management solution in public administration. The introductory part is devoted to the theoretical starting points, on which basis analysis of the city environment is made and the design and subsequent implementation of the system is carried out.
