Diagnosis of metallic materials
Buday, Matej ; Šedivá, Soňa (referee) ; Bejček, Ludvík (advisor)
This thesis deals with non-destructive testing (NDT). It Describes two basic thermographic methods, lock-in and pulse thermography. Different types of measurements using Fluke Ti55, points to the possibility of applying these methods in practice. Pulse thermography issue is a substantial part of this work, due to its good applicability. Also, it compares visual testing methods (VIS) and pulse thermography due to measurement with die-casting alloy AC-AlSi9Cu3 (Fe).
Using the image sensor for the identification of defects
Rybár, Vladimír ; Horák, Karel (referee) ; Bejček, Ludvík (advisor)
The thesis focuses on the use of cameras for detection of faults. The first part explains the basic concepts concerning the function of cameras and basic instruments of optical inspection. In the following part, various methods for programming the same inspection are shown. Data export for robotic arm is also programmed in desired shape. The programs are verified in a GUI from manufacturers Banner Engineering and Cognex. The proposed program is also verified using camera by manufacturer Banner Engineering. Thesis is concluded by processing and evaluation of different methods of programming, highlighting the advantages/disadvantages of using certain tools.
Thermal conductivity measurements
Sklenář, Milan ; Bejček, Ludvík (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
This thesis focus on measurment of thermal conductivity by transient point heat source method and heat diffusion through materiál. There is described exemplar, measurement procedure and used devices. Thesis focus on verification of teoretical equations and effects of variables, which can affect accuracy of measurement.
Monitoring stress in the mast
Bednář, Tomáš ; Beneš, Petr (referee) ; Bejček, Ludvík (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is an issue of measurement and monitoring stressing in the mast – high voltage and very high voltage. The solution of query, including the producer and the users, is also presented. The aim of this thesis is to propose sensors for this measurement and making practical measurement of the concrete very high voltage mast.
Intrinsic power supply
Wurzel, Tomáš ; Bejček, Ludvík (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
This thesis discusses development of intrinsically safe power supply designed for powering devices installed in areas with potentially explosive atmospheres. In this context, the work explains the concepts of intrinsic safety. Thesis describes the basic definition of intrinsically safe equipment, device parameter requirements and description of related standards matching ATEX directive. Thesis focuses on the design of internal circuits of intrinsically safe power supply whose principles are explained on the block diagram. Concrete parts of the block diagram are discussed and parameters of suitable components are calculated. The power supply is then built and its parameters are measured.
Collecting and evaluating data in the solarium
Baláž, Juraj ; Bejček, Ludvík (referee) ; Havlíková, Marie (advisor)
This thesis deals with theoretical knowledge on measurement erythemally effective irradiance. The first section also contains a description of some of optoelectronic components with market research. The second part describes the parameters of sunscreen and is designed controller, whose role is to regulate erythemally effective radiation intensity according to the specifications of EN 60335-2-27. The final part of the proposed control algorithm for controller and LabVIEW implemented basic communication program.
Datalogger
Štupák, Branislav ; Bejček, Ludvík (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the datalogger development for monitoring roof constructions ambients of historical buildings. The device is made of microcontroller ATmega328P and is using simple principles of environment monitoring. The device saves measured data to SD card from air temperature, air humidity, light intensity, wood moisture and air flow sensors. In conclusion of the thesis are then succesfully tested and summarized the properties of designed datalogger’s sensors.
Methods of Technical Diagnostics
Klusáček, Stanislav ; Ďaďo, Stanislav (referee) ; Němec, Zdeněk (referee) ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Bejček, Ludvík (advisor)
The main objective of the presented thesis is to contribute to the development of diagnostic methods for piezoelectric sensor testing. The thesis describes the methods for piezoelectric sensors microcracks identification and diagnostics. The core of the thesis presents the development of a knock sensor prototype, design of suitable methods for the knock sensors diagnosis and evaluation of developed methods with focus on detection of microcracks in the sensor piezoceramic. The last part of the thesis deals with the influence of cracks and splits on the measured data from the piezoelectric transducer. The presented methods are focusing on impedance measurements and sensors frequency response measurements. Known properties of used piezoelectric material as an information source for measurement and diagnosis are provided. The main result of the work is the evaluation of the methods developed for the piezoelectric sensors self-diagnosis.
Using the infrared camera in the measuring technique.
Jakl, Oldřich ; Horák, Karel (referee) ; Bejček, Ludvík (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on using infrared camera within methods of active thermography. The first part of work is an introduction to the passive and active thermography; and about four basic methods of active thermography: step heating themography, Lock-in thermography and pulse phase thermography. The second part is a proposal of experimental working place. There are also presented results of practical implementation pulse and pulse phase methods tested for application of detection of subsurface defect.
Frequency-to-Voltage Converter
Šindelář, Michal ; Bejček, Ludvík (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the issue of the transfer frequency to voltage focusing on dynamics and accuracy. The goal of this thesis is the design and implementation of the converter based on the input arguments. The graph evaluates the tradeoff between dynamics and accuracy. It is possible to choose a more suitable solution to transfer frequency to voltage for the specified requirements.
