Analysis of the Financial Development of a Company Using Time Series

The bachelor‘s thesis deals with assessment of the financial development of a company using statistical methods. The teoretical part describes the required problems of time series, regresssion analysis and financial analysis. The aim of this work is the assessment of the caompany condition using the selected financial indicators, prognoses of their development and suggestions for improvement problematic area of the company. This thesis contains suggestions of changes in area of the costs, company funding and attitude to the purchasers. The assment of the company condition is part of this thesis.

The Business Plan of an Online Investment Platform for the Czech Market

The diploma thesis deals with the creation of a real business plan for the establishing a company offering an online investment platform. The thesis is based on theoretical background, which is used to define the initial idea. The verification of the initial idea is by marketing research, using the Lean Canvas method and other analyzes. The proposal part follows the results of analyzes and develops individual parts of the business plan.

This bachelor’s thesis is aimed at measurement and evaluation of the financial effectiveness of the state enterprise Lesy České republiky s. p., between the period of 2015-2018. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The theoretical part delimits the characteristics of financial analysis, individual indicators and their formulas for calculations. Second part is analytical, where the values of the individual indicators are calculated using the formulas given in the theoretical bases. In the final part, based on the results, there are proposals to improve financial status of the company.
