The Research on Regeneration of the Filter Material, used in the Soil Filters and Constructed Wetlands

The thesis consists of two basic parts. The first research part creates an introduction to the root zone wastewater treatment plants. It contains mainly causes of filter environment colmation and its theoretical solution methods, which are further solved in the laboratory. The master’s thesis attempts to find a simple way, which would in future be possible to evaluate the rate of sedimentation of the sludge material, which causes filtration environment colmation. Results of developed methodology will be used in practice by washing colmated filtration material, respectively colmatant separation in sedimentation tank. The thesis focuses to verify the possibility flocculation and mineralization of sludge, which adheres to the surface of the filtration material. The solution lies in the observation of sedimentation rate (after previous dilution) using by the turbidimetric method, based on the beam-column passage through muddy water. The results show that it is not critical ambient temperature, but the time effect of natural mineralization in combination with moisture (dry matter concentration, the amount of water). The present thesis evaluates the possibilities and application method, leading to the natural regeneration of the filtration material exposed to natural climatic conditions.

The role of the Senkaku (Diaoyu) islands dispute in Sino-Japanese relations

The Senkaku/Diaoyu islands are a group of uninhabited rocks in the East China Sea. The dispute for the territorial sovereignty over them openly began between China and Japan in 1968, when ECAFE released findings of massive oil and gas reserves underneath the disputed waters. The dispute is also connected with overlapping claims to exclusive economic zones and to present day remains unresolved. This thesis examines legal justifications of Chinese, Taiwanese and Japanese claims, incidents resulting from the dispute and their effect on Sino-Japanese relations, modern day development and prospects of a peaceful resolution.

The using of Feuerstein Instrumental Enrichment for developing reading strategies of adolescents with dyslexia

The purpose of this thesis is to analyse the development of reading strategies of adolescent pupils with dyslexia using Feuerstein's Instrumental Enrichment, an internationally recognized method which is aimed at the development of cognitive functions. In the context of the actual legislative changes in the education of pupils with special educational needs, this reflects the needs of educational practice. The theoretical part summarizes the basic terminology and the state of the Czech and foreign literature related to the topic of this work. The research part of the work characterizes the research design and the research sample, and then presents individual results and conclusions for further researches and educational practice. The objectives of the research can be divided into two levels, in the qualitative part of the research there were realized special reeducations of adolescent pupils with dyslexia using set of teaching materials based on the principles of Feuerstein's Instrumental Enrichment. Automotive market segmentation in the chosen company

The main objective of my thesis was to carry out a automotive market segmentation.I have chosen the company ´Autocentrum Šmucler´, Ltd., as the object of my thesis. This firm deals with sale of new cars and also second-hand vehicles.I have devided my writing into a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part the meaning of the word ´marketing´, ´market´ and ´car market´ is explained, then everything concerning market segmentation in the concrete {--} its process, its procedure, its reason, its type, its effective criterions, market targeting and searching of a position in the market.In the practical part the automotive market segmentation is carry out. I have made a marketing research, in this case by the questionary survey. I have got all informations needed for each segment characteristics by the research.
