In my Bachelor’s thesis I’m focuses on assessing the financial situation MESIT Ronex s.r.o. from 2008 to 2010. Evaluation will be carried out predominantly in the financial accounts and annual reports. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part includes familiarization with the current state of business and theoretical basis from which to choose appropriate indicators of financial analysis for the second part, which I will deal with the actual evaluation of the actual state. Finally, interpret the results of indicators and suggest solutions for the problem.

This master´s thesis deals with the analysis of the use of controlling in a selected company. It is divided into three parts, the first part contains the theoretical knowledge about controlling needed to process the analytical and design part of the thesis. The second part is focused on the analysis of the current state of controlling in a selected company. In the last, third part of the diploma thesis, is the results of the analysis of the current state of controlling in the selected company. These are summarized and have possible solutions to improve the controlling system in the company.

This thesis is aimed on evaluation of the financial situation of a concrete company. In the first part, there is a profile of the company, and a basic performance analysis of internal and external factors which influence the company. The second part of thesis is an explanation of financial analysis, the principles of which are applied. In the third part, data gathered about the company is analysed and compared with a competitor. The final part of the work describes proposals to improve the financial situation of the analysed company.

The bachelor thesis "Evaluation of the financial situation of the company and the proposal for its improvement" focuses on financial analysis of enterprises on the basis of the financial statements. Selected firm is Rapidoil Hako s.r.o., the name of the establishment: Třebovický mlýn in the year 2008-2012. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part describes the methods of financial analysis, which are then applied to the practical part of the analyzed company. The obtained results from the practical part with design recommendations to improve the financial situation of the chosen company.
