Anti-Nazi Resistance in Rychnov nad Kněžnou Region from 1939 to 1945

Diploma thesis Anti-Nazi resistance in Rychnov nad Kněžnou region from 1939 to 1945 focuses on anti-Nazi resistance during the Second World War, specifically in eastern Bohemia, in Rychnov nad Kněžnou region. The introductory part of thesis briefly summarize situation in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia and anti-Nazi resistance in general, its main centers including leaders and related events. In the next chapters, the thesis watches situation in Rychnov nad Kněžnou region from 1939 to 1945. Records from chronicles will serve as a main source for these chapters. Next topic is dedicated to resistance groups which operated in this area. Especially their activities, persons and cooperation with other resistence groups. Here, among other things, the written memories of members of the resistance will be used as a source. Next, thesis studies situation after year 1945 - the one of the sources of activity of resistance groups there are written confirmations which were discovered after the end of the Second World War. Established target of the thesis is to introduce organization of anti-Nazi resistance in this area, Rychnov nad Kněžnou region, in the Protectorate Bohemia and Moravia. The most used didactic literature for French horn in Elementary School of Arts

The aim of this work is to summarize the didactic publications available to teachers of Elementary schools of Arts in the Czech Republic. The first chapter contains a description of 18 publications, there is a subchapter devoted to each of them. I describe the author, the typical features of the publication, the difficulty and the possible of usage in teaching. The second chapter contains the evaluation of the questionnaire which was answered by 54 French horn teachers at Elementary schools of Arts. I describe which publications they know and use, how they evaluate them, and what kind of teaching materials they create themselves. An example of every publication can be found in extensive appendices.

The topic of this diploma thesis is Mental Training and Its Application by Musicians-Performers. In the first part it is dealing with the history and the origin of formation of mental techniques and their application in the music world. It also mentions important persons working in this area. The second part describes all important aspects of mental training in the way, how each music performer should use and train them to enhance and stabilize the quality of their musical performance.
Development of the interpretative musical schools from 18th century- French Horn in Bohemia, Germany , France

My work deals with the development of methodologies for French horn. I present the original sources and analyze importatnt methodist like Domnich, Duvernoy, Fröhlich, Farkas and Kaucký. Moreocer, I mention successful personalities of pedagogy . I translated materials that have not been published in Czech language yet and thereby created an overview of already forgotten and for hornplayers important books. Than, chapters from selected schools are compared with basic attributes of hornplaying. I mapped the methods of conterporary teaching at prestigious music schools in France, Germany and Prague. I created a list of issued schools, etudes and methodologies for French Horn wich available in Europe.

The topic of this Master's Thesis is a different side of the French horn and it offers a new perspective on performance practice. The thesis is divided into twelve chapters with sub-chapters, covering the French horn and methodological approaches supported by my own knowledge, experience and opinions. I attempt to view the details of my work from a new perspective, one different from that found in other literature on this topic. I attach here photos, my CV and the CVs of my teachers.
