Transformations of prague's housing estate

This thesis wants to analyze changing environment, lives and relationships of residents of Prague 13 who live there the whole life. First part approaches explanation of terms such as prefabrication, family, housing estate and urbanism. The practical part deals with residents points of view on changes of their lifes throughout a life time. Testimonies of narrators were divided into larger groups such as the first residents of housing estates, socialization in the block of flats, present life in the housing estate, ordinary day and free time of their residents. Thesis uses qualitative research in form of semi-structured interviews with residents of Prague 13 who are living there the whole life or a longer time.
Freedom of Media in Georgia

The bachelor thesis of Freedom of mass media in Georgia aims to bring a current state of mass media in Georgia. Timeliness and importance of selected topic for thesis is that mass communication and media-are one of the most significant phenomenon of society. It also relevantly influences the development of social relations and actively participates in the process of shaping public opinion. Thesis contains basic characteristics of journalistic activities, its development and impact on society. Further development of mass media in Georgia. The practical part shows the results of research. This research was attended by representatives of Georgian society that provides different views of the state from the point of press' freedom and right of expression. The research was conducted using quantitative and qualitative methods. The result is, that the mass media in Georgia is partly free and is under government influence.

The aim of the thesis Propaganda and Documentary Photography in 1950s in Czechoslovakia is to find out how the communist regime affected public via documentary photography published in its printed media Rudé Právo. The theoretical part explains the terms included in the name of the thesis such us propaganda, documentary photography, 1950s and printed media. The practical part of the thesis uses both of the analyses. The quantitative analysis presents numbers of photographs according to perspectives of time and toppic. The qualitative analysis reveals what the documentary photography contents in connection with Propaganda. Years that are compared are 1950 and 1959.
Delinquents or activists, stepping into the world of squatting

The work is focused on the phenomenon of squatting, specifically on the process of socialization into this subculture. That is demonstrated on the examples of participants of this specific group of society. The aim is to take hold of human transformation, how a man becomes a squatter. This bachelor thesis is divided into several units; the first, theoretical part is focused on terminology, definition of subculture, squatting, its division and history. Also the Turner´s concept of communitas is introduced. In the following, practical part, the attention is aiming at the history, values and activities of Anticommercial cultural and social centre Klinika. The main characters from ASC Klinika are coming to the foreground and their testimonies, observations, opinions and life stories are becoming the object of our interest. That allows us to look deeper into the world of squatting, into its sunny gardens just as darker recesses, and draws us nearer to the genesis of new members of squatting community.
Tosks and Ghegs in Albania and their perception of Albanians in neighboring countries

This thesis aims to examine ethnic identity of Albanians both inside and outside of Albania. This thesis is based on field research and qualitative research conducted in Albania and Kosovo. The thesis follows several basic ethnic differentiation characters and their relevance in the construction of ethnic identities selected groups living in Albania and Kosovo. The work is focused on the question of language, religion, historical memory, politics, ethnic stereotypes and perceptions of ethnic itself.
Employee training

Employee training Summary Organizations effectively increases the capacity of the company and their profits by investing in employee training and development. Training is especially important in quality, because schools do not provide in this field sufficient education. The aim of this paper is to describe the development of human resources in technological skills. The practical part analyzes the ongoing training of employees in the form of internal training through structured groups working on vacuum-forming presses at the company Uniplast Ltd. In the practical part the completed training will be analyzed and evaluated by an evaluation questionnaire. Recommendations and possible improvements for more efficient forms of training will be formulated as well as improvement of employee´s education in the organization.
