International drone goods transportation
Říha, Vojtěch ; Zavadilová, Marta (referee)
International drone goods transportation - Abstract, key words The aim of this work is to explore the possibilities of liability concepts in relation to unmanned aerial vehicles that transport goods in the international transport of goods. For this purpose, a comparison of the normative theory of František Weyr and the way of functioning of formally logical systems is performed within the work. This normative theory has a great impact on the actual functioning of the information system itself, which is exempt from the content of its own rule contained in the norm itself. There are described methods of acknowledging machines and the method of interpretation and application of individual rules contained in norms themselves that are being interpreted by these machines. All this precisely with regard to the fact that unmanned aerial vehicles cannot learn to distinguish between inner values of norms, on which individual legal norms are based. This is because unmanned aerial vehicles cannot achieve this with the help of a tool of pure intelligence alone. Since unmanned aerial vehicles interpret and apply their own internal norms to the outside world only as they are set within their normative setting. This normative setting is also related to the protection against banal evil and the protection of notional...

Selected Methodical Approaches to Regional Population Forecast: A case study in the South Bohemian Region Abstract The aim of this thesis is to introduce selected methodological approaches to population forecasts, focusing on the regional level and considering different lengths of time series. Specific procedures are applied to create a population forecast for the South Bohemian Region. In the theoretical part of this thesis, the stages of population forecasts processing are determined. The Cohort Component method with migration, which can be used to create population forecast, is characterized. Another part describes selected analytical models and functions for partial mortality, fertility and migration forecasts, including Indirect estimation of net migration. To extrapolate parameters, selected trending functions and the Box-Jenkins methodology are characterized in the part of the time series analysis. The analytical part of this thesis focuses on the creation of the South Bohemian Region forecast from short initial time series and long initial time series. From short initial time series, the partial forecast of mortality is analyzed by the Heligman-Pollard model, the partial forecast of fertility is analyzed by the Beta function and the partial forecast of migration is analyzed by 25%, 50% and 75%...
Travelling salesman problem – delivery of postal items
Říha, Vojtěch ; Borovička, Adam (advisor) ; Fábry, Jan (referee)
The aim of this thesis is to propose the process of delivering postal items by using general knowledge of the travelling salesman problem. The first part briefly describes the historical evolution concentrating on solving real problems. The second part describes the travelling salesman problem and the multiple travelling salesman problem. Emphasis is placed on heuristic algorithms, primarily on the nearest neighbour algorithm. Various modifications of the travelling salesman problems are also mentioned. In the part of the application a real problem of delivering postal items in a given area is handled in order to minimize the total time spend on delivery. For this specific type of problem a mathematical model is design as well as its possible modification for minimizing the earliest possible time of vehicle's arrival to the village. For the optimization, computer software MPL and Lingo are used. Interim results of these calculations are described in detail. Due to the complexity of the calculation the modified nearest neighbour algorithm is suggested. Its process is programmed in MATLAB software and is described in detail. In this thesis the intention of reducing the coefficient of the limit in MATLAB is also presented and then these results are applied. In the conclusion the results of heuristic algorithms are carefully analysed and compared with interim results of MPL.
