Study of deformation processes in hexagonal materials
Čapek, Jan ; Mathis, Kristián (advisor) ; Karlík, Miroslav (referee)
The deformation mechanisms of commercially pure magnesium using advanced in-situ methods were investigated in the present work. Compression and tensile test were done at room temperature. Simultaneously, the neutron diffraction was measured and the acoustic emission was recorded. The microstructure of the deformed material was also studied by means of optical microscopy and electron back-scattered diffraction. These measurements provided information about twin nucleation and growth, microstructure changes and the influence of the orientation of grains on the number of twins and their shape. The values obtained were compared to the Elasto-Plastic Self-Consistent model, which provides information about the activity of deformation mechanisms. We focused on clarifying the influence of twinning activity on asymmetry between tensile and compression deformation.

Security of Online Client-Server Applications
Čapek, Jan ; Malinka, Kamil (referee) ; Orság, Filip (advisor)
This thesis is dedicated to security of client-server applications running on Windows platform. In the beginning chapters it is possible to find motivation, about why this type of security is important. Following content describes some elements of used architecture and elements of operating system Windows. The core of the work contains techniques and tools used by the attacker and protection against them. In following chapter there is a design and implementation of the security solution based on the previous theory. This solution is then tested against various threats, to verify its effectivity.

Neutron Diffraction and Acoustic Emission Measurement During Loading and Unloading of Magnesium Aluminium Binary Alloys
Čapek, Jan ; Máthis, K.
The neutron diffraction and acoustic emission were measured during compression loading-unloading tests in randomly textured cast magnesium and magnesium 2 and 9 wt% aluminium binary alloys. The anelastic behavior and the change of twinned volume related to the detwinning phenomena can be observed during the unloading. The decrease of twinned volume fraction during unloading is most pronounced for Mg 9 wt% Al.
Investigation of basic deformation mechanisms of magnesium alloys by means of advanced in-situ methods and theoretical modeling
Čapek, Jan ; Mathis, Kristián (advisor) ; Landa, Michal (referee) ; Šiška, Filip (referee)
The work is focused on developing testing methods for investigating of the deformation mechanisms of magnesium alloys. The work involves the measurement of in-situ acoustic emission and neutron diffraction and comparison to the theoretical models. Mg + 1wt.% Zr alloy was selected for investigation of the compression - tension asymmetry. Advanced analysis of acoustic emission and neutron diffraction data revealed activation of different slip systems during deformation. Moreover, the different evolution of twinning was explained. The same methods were used to investigate the aluminum influence on deformation mechanisms. The hardening of basal slip and twinning and increasing importance of prismatic slip was observed.
The issue of groin injuries and risk factors affecting this type of injuries among football players.
Čápek, Jan ; Hnátová, Iva (advisor) ; Satrapová, Lenka (referee)
Title The issue of groin injuries and risk factors affecting this type of injuries among football players. Objectives The main objective of this thesis is to summarize theoretical findings regarding the groin injuries among soccer players and to prove efficiency of preventive training program aimed at reduction of groin injuries incidence in soccer players. Methods The theoretical part deals with the given issue as a research and theoretical overview of the current findings, based on Czech and especially foreign literature. Findings of theoretical part were obtained by foreign periodicals, monographies and electronic database, mostly PubMed and PEDro. In the second part of thesis a preventive training program was applied at a specific group of soccer players (n=42) in age U16 (n=20) and U17 (n=22). Selected group of probands performed preventive intervention training once a week for 6 months. After that results were compared with the same time of season in the previous year, when no preventive measures had been taken. Information about previous injury has been obtained by non-standardized questionnaire. Results Based on the theoretical overview previous injury is considered to be the most significant risk factor for new injury in groin. Other significant risk factors include untimely return to...
