Family house with design office

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the development of a new family house with a desing office in Brno. The new property is designed on a sloping terrain. The building is designed as a separate property with three above-ground floors and one underground floor, irregular in size 13.96 m x 13.14 m. The family house is designed as a single-family house for a family of four. The second overground floor serves as a day zone and the third overground floor as a relaxation zone. On the first floor there is a double garage with space for the families necessities. On the first floor there is an office for four workers with a separate entrance. The new building is designed using brickwork made of ceramic blocks with a construction system and a gable roof. The buildings include hard floor areas, a car park, bicycle parking area and a communal rubbish bin.

Multifunctional Building in Kutná Hora

The master´s thesis is focused on the preparation and design of project documentation of the multi-functional building. The building is designed on land in Beneš street in Kutná Hora. The concept of the building respects the territorial plan of the city and complements the existing buildings. The building has one underground and four floors, the last floor is the attic. There is an underground garage, two stores and six flats. The building is designed from construction system Porotherm.

Multi-functional residential building -Ro-6

In my work, I worked out project documentation for construction of multifunctional free-standing family house in city of Brno. There are one underground and three above-ground floors with the attached parking port under the terrace. The house is based on plain concrete footings and the masonry is made from the building system POROTHERM. The pitched roof with a slope of 38 ° is covered by clay tiles TONDACH. The built-up area of the house is 111.25 m2.

Reconstruktion and new plan of St. Tomas court in Brno

The St. Tomas Court is the official historical monument of Brno city dated back to end of 18th century. This thesis is dedicated to reconstruction and rebuilding of the whole building whose premises are currently used by a horse riding club. The purpose of this thesis is to maintain the original symetric composition of the courtyard. The yard area creates an inner space which will be used for verdure redesign including a lounge area. The inner structure will be enclosed by terrain stands. That will create a decent green area in the city centre which could be freely used by general public for relaxation purposes. The whole rebuilding will turn the building into a cultural-commercial premises. The left part of the building will be dedicated for a multipurpose cultural hall. The main building will be used for administration and other related activities. The right wing is going to be turned into cafe, shop and administration unit.

Apartment building

Detached family hause is describet in inbachelor´s thesis. The hause is located in a part of the city Letovice, Kladoruby in the region of the Blansko. The building has an basement, two aboved -graunds plus an attic. In the basment are situated garage, shower, laundry toiled, and storage rooms. On the graund floor, there are ironworks shop witch storage and room for emloyees. On the first floor there is a kitchen, living room, work rooms and a questroom. In the attic there are one seperate room, two rooms witch dresing-rooms and bedroom witch dresing-room and bathroom. The hause is fouded on foudation strips made of concreate and build of the system HELUZ. Roofs above the main part of the hause as well above the staircase are saddle roofs, the pitch 35°. Clay tiles are the roofing materiál. The footprint of the house is 155,55 m2. The inbachelor´s thesis includes also seminar thesis of flooring terraces, balkonies and loggias.

Semi-detached Building in Dřevnice

The project deals with the construction of a multifunctional residential building with 5 apartments, shop offices and law. The building is located in the village of Želechovice Dřevnicí on flat terrain. The house is designed in a structural system Porotherm, covered gable roof 45 °. The building is designed in accordance with the master plan of the municipality of Želechovice Dřevnicí, its character builds on the surrounding buildings and at work are respected by all laws and regulations relating to the design of buildings. The drawing part was processed by computer in AutoCad. Part of the project documentation is part of the drawing, text and calculation. The project is assigned a technical assessment of thermal and fire protection of the building.

Multifunctional Semi-detached Building in Svitavy

The thesis contains the design and construction design of a residential building with an establishment connected to the existing terraced houses in the town of Svitavy in level of project documentation for the construction. The building has a rectangular plan shape, one underground floor, three floors, the attic and the roof is designed as a saddle. The property is brought footpaths and nearby the parking is proposed. Building land is sloping to the north. The main part of the building is intended for living, ground floor is designed for three establishments.

Analysis of structural and proportional criteria of Romanesque and Pre-Romanesque rotundas.

Topic of this dissertation thesis follows previous dissertations dealing with reconstructions of historical buildings that were successfully defended at Institute of Building Structures, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Brno University of Technology. The thesis deals with Romanesque and Pre-Romanesque round churches, called rotundas, that were built between 9th and 13th century in the historical territory of Great Moravia. Churches of similar shape can be also found in surrounding countries, but only scarcely. By the time of origin these rotundas were among the oldest masonry buildings built within borders of contemporary Czech Republic. Later some rotundas were destroyed and are known only thanks to the archaeological findings or written records. Some are still waiting to be discovered. Surviving rotundas are the oldest masonry buildings in Czech Republic, therefore it can be said that they belong to the most valuable historical buildings in the country. Preserved rotundas were often modified or rebuild in some way. Thanks to their age, origins of many of these buildings are shrouded in a mystery, which is one of the reasons why they attract attention of many researchers – archaeologists, historians and art historians. Many questions arise from their research. These questions have interdisciplinary character and finding the answers requires cooperation of specialists in different fields. One of these fields is building engineering. This dissertation thesis deals with proportional and structural analysis of Pre-Romanesque and Romanesque rotundas. For the proportional analysis author focused on verifying of some of the hypotheses of other researchers connected to the Romanesque rotundas. These include hypothesis dealing with use of historical units for the design of rotundas, hypothetical use of proportional canon, or some universal sets of proportional ratios of vertical and horizontal dimensions. Multifunctional Building in Liberec

The subject of my master´s thesis, called „ multifunctional house in Liberec” is to design and elaborate project documentation of the multifunctional house in Liberec. Design of the building respect Land Use Plan of the town on side, and existing build-up area on the street on the other side. Building has one underground floor and three above ground stories. The Ground Floor is partly roofed by flat roof. The third floor has terrace and it´s roofed by saddleback roof.

Bachelor´s thesis includes the design and construction plan for a family house with a place of business in the town of Olomouc in the stage of project documentation for construction. The object has a rectangular ground plan, one basement, three groundfloors, attic and roof. The roof is designed as a saddle. To the building lead a pedestrian and access roads and the land is fenced. The main part of the building is intended for living, groundfloor is using for store with the purpose of the travel agency.
