The thesis solves a project documentation of detached house with office suplies shop in Vyškov. The object is designed as a three-floor with partial basement and garage. Family house is uneven rectangular in shape, staffed by sloping terrain. In basement is situated technical room and cellars. The first floor is used for operating purposes. Here is located office suplies shop with facilities for employees, two garage with workroom and communal room for garden tools. Acces road to the office suplies shop and sales area indoors are designed for disabled person. In other floor are two independent duplex flats for family of four to five. Object includes terraces and balconies. Object is covered by a gable roof with counter dormers. Architectural and proportional design of the building fits into surrounding development.

Energy-saving detached house

The subject of this thesis is the preparation of project documentation of energy-efficient family house with an establishment. It is an object composed of one basement and two floors. The house will be based on the footings of plain concrete C 16/20. The base plate is also made of unreinforced concrete C16 / 20, with garages and bars will be fitted with curry networks with a diameter of 6 mm and 150x150 mm mesh size. Masonry floors is designed from POROTHERM system, basement walls are made of shuttering blocks BEST 500x300x250 mm. On the second floor are designed Knauf drywall partitions button. 125 mm, filled with acoustic insulation ISOVER MERINO. The horizontal structure of the ceiling is solved ceiling Porotherm (beams POT and inserts MIAKO) thick. 250 mm. The staircase is designed reinforced concrete. The chimney will be built from the system SCHIEDEL UNI with ventilation shaft. The supporting structure of the roof is gabled wood roof system with Tondach roofing, roof slope is 30 degrees. Exterior windows and exterior doors are plastic. Roof windows from VELUX. All internal doors are wooden casing. The garage will be placed sectional doors. The floor covering is designed according to the operation of individual rooms. The drawings are processed in AutoCad.

The house is two-storeyed. There is a hydronics with hung fire place. The object is located on a pedestal to be protected against groundwater . The concrete tile Bramac was chosen as a roofing.

The aim of the thesis is to project a family house with a workroom and to work out a plan. The house is being built on building site no. 1127/28 in the town of Hoštka. The project is developed for four to six residents, with the workroom (separated side entrance). Self-contained house ground plan is in the form of the letter L (47.57 × 50.85 ft.). Disposition of the projected single storey house is 5+1 with the habitable attic. There are entry foyer, hall, bathroom, toilet, living room, utility room, garage, workroom with kitchenette, toilet and multifunctional lobby on the first floor. Hall, bedroom, two other rooms and bathroom with toilet are located in the habitable attic. The house is projected on concrete strip. My bachelor theses deals with a family house with an establishment that serves as tax adviser office. The house is situated in the Přerov cadastral, Dvořák street. The work deals with two-story slab-building includes a garage for one car. House is designed for four-member family. There is separate entrance from the street to the place of business on the left side of the first floor. The building is designed of brick construction system ceramic blocks Porotherm. Ceiling structure is made of Porotherm using POT beams and ceiling Miako. House and garage is covered with a flat roof single-shell.

Completion of the BUT - Faculty of Fine Arts

The object consists of 3 volumes: two 6-storey academic buildings, interconnected with public space. Simple geometry of complex is formed by the existing urban development. Repeating street directions and continuing visual contact with the housing of the Law Faculty, the building in terms of shape represents letter V and forms enclosed courtyards. In the lower part of the building of the Faculty of Fine Arts there are workrooms, library and repository that are loaded from the north facade. The first three floors are connected by a corridor with a recreational area of public space created for a comfortable communicating and solitary classes. On the other floors there are workshops, studios and studio offices of ceramics, sculpture, metal, photography, printing and 3D-graphics, cabinets of deanery and classrooms. On the top floor, that is 6 m height, there are art studios, additionaly lightened by lanterns on the roof. The housing is designed in that way that it has the open airy atrium, which, along with half-transparent facades, provides natural light in most interiors. Facade structure is highlighted with the shell of the vertical and horizontal aluminum fins and shelves, which gives to a compex an interesting and constantly changing pattern. Unified composition is also highlighted with shades of warm and cold colors of the spectrum. Four underground floors are used for car parking, and the ground flloor of them is given for the operation of the university. In the future, the project also envisages planting of greenery of building facades and of the surrounding area.

Detached house with a wine bar in Vrbice

This thesis describes the design of the project two-generation family house with wine cellar in Vrbice. Construction is in steep terrain. The building is completely basement and has two floors. The second floor is designed as loft. House has an atypical shape, which is partially covered by a double-walled gable roof and partially double-walled roof rack.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on design and elaboration of documentation for construction of a detached house in Blažovice. The house is to be situated on plot number n.653/1,cadastre unit:Blažovice. The house is divided into living part for a family and GP surgeries. The part for living is two floored, GP surgeries only one,object is partial basement, includes a garage for two cars. A local road is located near by the plot (classIVroad). The proposition and the design of the building have respect for both commune plan and current buildings. The documentation is elaborated with regard to the contemporary Czech legislative and standards. Platform of the building has an irregular shape, roofs are designed as flat roofs. Structural system of the building is designed as wall - and - masonry structural system. The building is located in a mild terrain.
