Proposal to Improve the Effectiveness of Interpersonal Communication in Company

The key objective of this master's thesis is to elucidate processes that increase the effectiveness of interpersonal communication in company Saint-Gobain Weber Terranova, Inc. The paper is divided into two main sections. The first part provides a theoretical summary. Followed second empirical section which is based on research of actual quality of interpersonal communication in company. The results of a questionary research as the main data-collecting tool will make a headstone for a set of proposals which will result in more effective internal communication in the above-mentioned company.

Bachelor Thesis deals with possible solving of problems in Caesar Call Company. The most critical problem in this company is high employee fluctuation. The thesis contains methods, which can find reasons and connections of this event and it also contains processing of results. As output is proposal, where are analysed main reasons of high personnel fluctuation and suggestion of their elimination. The name of a company is fictive. Company do not want to be named by real trade name.

New internal communication tools

Internal company communication has lately become an integral part of doing business. Companies concentrate a lot of resources on the development of better communication solutions within the company. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine whether the implementation of web and mobile applications can streamline internal communication, and to recommend suitable applications that can improve internal employee communication. The first part of the thesis deals with the theory of communication as well as the general concept of internal communication in companies. The second part of the thesis concentrates on practical tests of selected web and mobile applications that are currently available on the market. Qualitative structured interviews with users of each tool confirm their potential and effectiveness as well as the ways that users perceive them. A comparison of these applications can help companies to find the right applications that could improve their business' internal communications.
