The Proposal of the Project and Application of Methodology for Project Management in the Company ZTC Holding, SE

This master thesis analyses the current situation in the company on the field of project management in handling of a solar power station construction. On the basis of standards and project management methodologies, specific steps will be proposed to improve the current situation in project management of the company. The thesis is divided into two main parts – theoretical and practical. The first part describes the company ZTC Holding, SE and deals with the theoretical bases of project management, where management and its functions, project management, project description, description of activities of the project manager and his team are defined. In this section, the theory of temporal analysis of the project, including methods of Critical Path Method (CPM) and Gantt diagrams are included as well. The second section applies an analysis of the external environment by PESTLE analysis and SWOT analysis and analysis of the internal environment 7S. This part also discusses exact definition of the project, project objectives defined by SMART methodology, and points out specific risks that may occur during the project. The conclusion of this master thesis is devoted to an overall evaluation of proposed processes, which should improve performance of ZTC Holding, SE.

Nemoci z povolání v České republice

Nemoci z povolání (NzP) jsou onemocnění, jejichž definice je vymezena platnou legislativou. Definice vychází ze zákona č. 65/1965 Sb., zákoníku práce, v platném znění, zákona č. 155/1995 Sb., o důchodovém pojištění, a nařízení vlády č. 290/1995 Sb., kterým se stanoví seznam nemocí z povolání rozděleného do 6 kapitol (viz příloha č. 1). I Nemoci z povolání způsobené chemickými látkami II Nemoci z povolání způsobené fyzikálními faktory III Nemoci z povolání týkající se dýchacích cest, plic, pohrudnice a pobřišnice IV Kožní nemoci z povolání V Přenosné a parazitární nemoci z povolání VI Nemoci z povolání způsobené ostatními faktory a činiteli Každá kapitola reprezentuje skupinu profesionálních nemocí, jimž je společný buď etiologický faktor (chemická, fyzikální nebo biologická, tj. infekční noxa) nebo postižení takového orgánu, který je mimořádně vystaven vlivům pracovního prostředí (kůže, dýchací systém, pohybový aparát). Každá kapitola se potom dále dělí na různý počet položek, které představují nosologickou jednotku nebo skupinu příbuzných onemocnění nebo zahrnují onemocnění způsobená stejnou etiologickou profesní noxou.
