The aim of this thesis is to assess the financial situation of the company JAWA Moto spol. Ltd. for the period 2009-2014, to compare company with competitors and to add information about the development of the company in 2015. Thesis is based on publicly available information. The financial analysis consists of a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part describes the different methods and procedures for calculating financial analysis. The methods of financial analysis include horizontal and vertical analysis, balance rules, analysis of the indicators, Du Pont pyramidal decomposition, creditworthy and bankruptcy models and EVA. The practical part is based of the selected methods which are applied to the targeted company JAWA Moto spol. s r.o. The end of work contains a summary of the observation period and assessing the financial situation of the company

Financial analysis of Madeta, a. s.

The aim of this thesis was to carry out financial analysis and examine the financial health of the company Madeta and as a company where they stand in terms of return over in the observation period 2010-2013. My thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is methodological, where I define various financial indicators, with them I am working in the application part. The second part is the application part, where I perform financial analysis and the results are compared with competing company Danone. By financial analysis was found out, that crisis in dairy industry had influence on all the indicators of Madeta. Therefore Madeta cut the costs, restructured production and had to discharge a large number of employees. In 2013 Madeta reached positive indicator values, therefore we can assume that the company got over the crisis in health.

The aim of the thesis "Valuation of company Opavia - LU, Ltd." is to perform assessment of the financial situation and valuation of the selected company. The analysis is worked out from the perspective of external users for the accounting period 2009-2013. The methodical section provides analysis of financial indicators, which are then examined in the practical part of the company itself. Financial analysis includes vertical and horizontal analysis, analysis of financial ratios and economic added value. Further, this work also focuses on prediction of the financial plan for future 5 year and valuation of the company based on discounted cash flow method.

The thesis deals with the financial analysis of DHL Information Services (Europe), s.r.o. in years 2011 and 2012. The main goal of this bachelor thesis is the company valuation based on set qualitative and quantitative criteria. Theoretical part defines the aim of financial analysis in addition to basic methodological tools. The focus of the practical part is on the analysis of various financial ratios and bankruptcy prediction models, while one chapter refers to intercompany statements.

This bachelor thesis is focused on financial analysis of the company MIKROTECHNA PRAHA, a. s. for the period 2009-2013. Thesis is divided into two main parts, which are the methodical part and the practical part. The methodical part describes the procedures and the indicators, which are used for determination of the financial state of the company. The practical part deals with the presentation of the company MIKROTECHNA PRAHA, a. s. and then application of the procedures and the indicators for the analysed company. Horizontal and vertical analyses are in the beginning of the practical part, after that is ratio analysis and finally focus on creditworthy and bankruptcy prediction models. The results of chosen company will be compared with two competing firms in ratio analysis. The conclusion contains a summary of the results and an evaluation of the financial state of the company.

Economics of the German football clubs

The main aim of this Bachelor's thesis is the evaluation of economic situation of the German football league and clubs, their comparison with the most competitive European leagues, and analysis of one of the most successful German club in the last time -- Borussia Dortmund in period from 2009 to 2013. In the theoretical part described specifics of the economics of sports clubs and their working, description of the methods and indicators of financial analysis follow it. The practical part focused on financial analysis of economic situation of the football club Borussia Dortmund and comparison its results with clubs from the best European leagues.

The objective of the Bachelor's Thesis is the assessment of the financial health of the company Cellofoam CZ s.r.o. by means of the financial analysis from the point of view of an external user for the period of years 2009 -- 2013 and the comparison with a company having its business in the same branch. The first part of the work deals with the theoretical definition of the financial analysis. The second part includes the practical performance of the financial analysis of the company Cellofoam CZ s.r.o. and the comparative analysis with the company Sinfo spol. s r.o. The end of the Bachelor's Thesis contains the assessments and the recommendations for the company.

This bachelor thesis aims to elaborate a financial analysis of a Svijany Ltd. brewery. The company analysis is made for the period from 2009 to 2013. The bachelor thesis is devided into a theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on defining methods, information sourses and ratios of financial analysis. The practical part introduces the Svijany Ltd. company, then the financial analysis of the company is carried out with the use of financial statements and annual reports of the brewery. The conclusion summarizes the results of the financial analysis and presents recommendations that could improve the financial situation of the Svijany Ltd. brewery.

The financial analysis of Lesní společnost Broumov Holding, a. s.

The main objective of this bachelors thesis is the practical implementation of financial analysis and the evaluation of the overall financial situation and its changes related with chosen company, in the period between years 2009 and 2013. The thesis consists of two main parts: the methodical, where the basic concepts relevant to the work, as well as used financial analysis methods are defined, and the practical part, where these procedures are applied to the real values that the company publishes. For accomplishing the objectives, mainly the classical methods of financial analysis were applied. Specifically, this has been realized by absolute analysis of financial statements, financial ratios analysis, by the subsequent analysis of the economic value added and also by applying the Altman bankruptcy model. In the conclusion all main results of the research were evaluated and the recommendations for the management of the company were proposed. Based on the mentioned analyses, the stability of the company and mainly its financial health were verified. At the same time was concluded that the company is expected to sustain on the market in the future.

This diploma thesis is focused on companies risk evaluation before endorsement of Loan deriving from business relationships. The aim of this thesis is not only to describe individual steps of risk assessment, but also perfom analysis of particular companies based on available data, i.e. Balance sheet, Profit and Loss statement and external rating and after that propose solution for each company. My analysis will be based on theoretical knowledge, further on experience related to my job role as credit analyst. The aim will be to perform objective analysis of real companies and determine financial health of each of them together with their risk evaluation.
