Cost Management in Company

This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of cost management in XYZ, spol. s.r.o., a company engaged in rubber production, metal fabrication, self-service food sales, bakery and custom sewing. The thesis is divided into three parts: theoretical, analytical and design. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts and data that will be used in the following sections. The analytical part describes in detail the company itself, its financial situation and the costing methods. In the last part, which focuses on suggestions for improving the current situation, a system for cost allocation and subsequent optimization of costing for individual products is proposed based on the analysis.
Digitization of Processes in an Accounting Company

The bachelor's thesis deals with the processes that can be digitalized in an accounting company with the aim to improve competitiveness and automate routine work. The theoretical part discusses the possibilities of accounting using information technology. Products on the market that can be used to digitize accounting processes are analyzed in the practical part. A program that is suitable for the chosen company is selected from these products in the design part.
Benefits and costs of the digitalization in an accounting company

The bachelor´s thesis deals with the benefits and costs of digitalization of accounting in a selected accounting company TAX CONSULTING TÁBOR, which deals, among other things, with tax consulting. The goal of the work is to map the theoretical knowledge regarding the issue of business processes and methods of their digitalization. Digital processes are implemented in accounting in order to simplify accounting operations. The work describes digital transformation of business processes, software support and digitalization of internal economic processes. The methodology used in the thesis is comparing and evaluating of the current digitalization of the enterprise. Based on the information obtained, an evaluation of the findings is made, including an analysis of the benefits and costs of digitalization, and recommendations are proposed to improve the performance of selected internal economic processes in the accounting company. The final results show that with the costs invested in digitalization the capacity for accounting processing to other companies will increase and consequently the income will increase too.

In the practical part there is an analysis of the entity and subsequently there is a finding of the best solution of determination of payment liabilities with regard to the costs which are connected with the change of the legal form of the entity.
