In my Master’s thesis I am engaged in problems related to business plan proposals. The work analyses problems related to proposals of solutions for company extension in the field of service provision. On the basis of the analysis there have been processed the proposals of procedures, recommendations and measures suitable for supporting the company orientation in the market, strengthening its position in the market, increasing its market share as well as rendered service quality improvement and new clients obtaining. These suggestions and recommendations should be a guide – they should help a small company to develop and they should also lead to the company aims fulfilment.

Theoretical part unreveal knowledge about project management and EU structural funds. The practical part then main solution of project. The objektive of my work is creating of financing building stadium proposal, which is determined mainly for VSK VUT Brno Alligators team purposes.

The bachelor thesis contains an appraisal of financial condition of a particular company during the years 2004 – 2008. For it I have used financial statements from this period. Financial condition is examined by elementary methods of financial analysis. These methods should reveal any limitations and problems that will be eventually taken away by concrete suggestions.

The diploma thesis is focused on business environmental management, describing usage of environmental tools in organization. The analytical part is linked with theoretical one. The organization is judged as an individual, according to its environmental impacts. The conclusion of the diploma thesis is to evaluate environmental policy of the organization and proposal of solutions to improve its environmental status.

Value Estimation of a Company

This diploma thesis deals with determining the value of a specific agricultural cooperative. The theoretical part focuses on standard terminology and explains methods which are used for assessing the company value. The practical part of the thesis contains strategic and financial analysis including the financial plan for the next several years. Finally, the value of the agricultural cooperative is calculated using three different methods. At the end, one of these methods is chosen as appropriate for the given company.

This diploma thesis deals with reporting of sustainability development and its mode of administration of regular reports. The purpose of the first section is to explain, define and describe theoretical and methodological approaches of corporate social responsibility of companies, how they were developed and what are their elementary principles and characteristics. The second section focuses on the analysis of implementation of corporate social responsibility in a concrete company in three areas – economical, social and environmental. The aim of the thesis is to create report about corporate social responsibility and sustainability development, based on acquired information and evaluated analyses.

This diploma thesis focuses on economic performance evaluation of AGC Moravské Budějovice s. r. o. It analyses development of the company in years 2008–2012 using traditional financial indicators and the modern methods of economic value added. In the final part of this thesis there are some proposals submitted that could lead to an improvement of company´s current situation.

Bachelor‘s thesis " Cost management in the enterprise" is dedicated to the issue of costs and their calculation in the company Anticor Bohemia s.r.o.. This company is based in Ostrava-Nová Bělá and its job is to sell wiring materials and mediation services associated with them. The work is divided into two parts, the first part is devoted to theoretical knowledge in the field of cost accounting and cost calculation. The second part will be more practical. There will be introduced enterprise, will analyze the current situation and will be listed suggestions for improvement.
