This master thesis deals with the draft financial plan of the company. In the first part of the thesis are theoretical informations of financial planning. The second part makes analysis of company and its environts. In the next part is drafted financial analysis in two variants for the years 2017 – 2019. The last part is formed of resume of the financial plan.

The bachelor's thesis on the topic Evaluation of the Financial Situation of a Private Corporation by Methods of Financial Analysis and Suggestions for its Improvement aims to analyze and evaluate the company Teva Czech Industries s.r.o. and then make recommendations to improve the financial situation. The first part is devoted to theoretical concepts related to financial analysis. The practical part contains the analysis of the company itself, including the calculation of selected indicators. Finally, measures are proposed to improve the financial situation of the company.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the assessment of the financial situation in the company Isolit-Bravo, spol. s r.o. for period 2011-2015. The first part of the thesis contains theoretical knowledge that is used in the following practical part. To assess the financial situation of the company, some selected methods of financial analysis are used. Then the company’s specific problems are solved and on the basis of achievements some proposalas are presented. It could help to improve the financial situation.

This diploma thesis is focused on estimation of the value objectified of the Vakstav spol. s r. o. by using income-based methods at 1. 4. 2014. First is defined theoretical framework of valuation. Furthermore the strategic and financial analysis, analysis and forecast of value drivers and financial plan is done. The valuation is based on Discounted Cash flow method and Economic Value Added method.

In the next part are processed strategic analysisy, financial analysis ,financial plan, and prognosis of value generators. In conclusion, the Company's objectified value is estimated to 1.1.2017.

The master’s thesis deals with the estimation of the value of the firm using the income capitalization approach, namely the discounted cash flow method and economic value added. The theoretical background is contained in the theoretical part of the thesis. This section is followed by the practical part, in which a strategic and financial analysis, a prognosis of the value drivers, a financial plan, the cost of capital, and finally the valuation of the company itself are carried out.

In the first part the bachelor thesis focus on methods of the financial analysis, where are describes theoretical single methods. Then is described the company, which was used for solutions of this thesis. The second part of the bachelor thesis includes application of selected methods of financial analysis and custom design solutions and its appreciation.
