Bayonet door of pressurized furnace
Brada, Karel ; Anderle, Martin (referee) ; Prokeš, František (advisor)
In this master's thesis a design of door for helium quenching furnace is described. Based on background research, several options for the design have been compared. All calculations were carried out based on structural needs resulting from high pressure gas quenching technology. By the ending of this thesis a mounting procedure and rough cost price estimation is described. Part of master's thesis is also a virtual 3D prototype and a drawing documentation.
Mixing and kneading machine
Kopáček, Petr ; Anderle, Martin (referee) ; Prokeš, František (advisor)
This diploma work deals with design of the mixing and kneading machine which works with heated mixed components. The components consist of PET, HDPE, silica sand and additives. First, there is introduced knowledge from accessible sources, which are concerned with the theme. Then follows projection of variants and selection of suitable solution. With the help of obtained konwledge and the chosen variant is performed design proces. In the end is created a concept assemble of the machine. The design proces includes projecting of the individual parts, strength verification of the basic elements and design of heating device.
Design of semimobile screening device for gravel sand
Kala, Pavel ; Anderle, Martin (referee) ; Koutný, Daniel (advisor)
Diploma thesis deals with design of semimobile device for sorting sand and describes design of machine parts. This thesis includes checking calculations of selected structural elements and final verification of calculations and measurements.
Design of peristaltic pump
Peslar, Jiří ; Anderle, Martin (referee) ; Paloušek, David (advisor)
The subject of this thesis is a design of the volumetric infusion pumping unit specifically used for a human medicine purposes. The pumping unit is constructed by the linear peristaltic pump. The document focuses on mechanical design and disposition of particular components of unit and placement of electronic sensors and contacts. The thesis is elaborated as a part of infusion pump development project for a limited company.
Closing mechanism paper bag
Klíma, Pavel ; Anderle, Martin (referee) ; Dvořáček, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with a design of new dot-wheels gearing. These wheels serve for closing of paper covers of tea bags. First of all the suggested spare options of the gearing shape are compared with the original. On the basis of the comparison results the gearing is solved as a substandard kind of involute gearing. The involute gearing is designed by the method of generalized parameters. For the gearing design the program GEARING – symetrical profile version 1.5. was used. Consequently this program was adapted for the case of the change of the instrument shape by the user. The kind of wheels material was designed. Further the way of wheels production for single-piece and batch production was also designed. At the end the economic evaluation of the wheels production with newly designed profile was done.
Building and control of 5-axis milling machines
Anderle, Milan ; Knobloch, Josef (referee) ; Holub, Michal (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis studies the building and control of the five-axis CNC machining centres. Modern methods of geometric accuracy measurements are described with possibilites of compensating for geomeric and volumetric errors. Measuring devices described in this thesis are laser interferometer XL-80 and ballbar QC20-W for measuring geometric accuracy of MCV 754 Quick machine. The aim of the thesis is to describe current trends in construction, design and controlling of five-axis milling machines.
Comparison of Nonlinear Observers for Underactuated Mechanical Systems
Anderle, Milan ; Čelikovský, Sergej
This paper provides the comparison of nonlinear observers for underactuated mechanical systems with aplication to Acrobot walking. Namely, it aims to compare a reduced observer for the Acrobot angular velocities based on the respective angles measurements with a observer for the Acrobot angular velocity and angle based on the other angular velocity and angle measurement and then to combine this observers with the earlier developed full state feedback controllers. For the Acrobot it is not possible to measure the angle between its stance leg and the surface directly because this angle is underactuated. One possibility of measuring this angle is using laser beam sensor and then computation the stance angle from that distance. Main disadvantage of this approach is the high price of the laser beam sensor. The other observer is based on angular velocity of stance leg measurement using the digital gyroscope.
Porovnání analytických a numerických metod v oblasti řízení Acrobota
Anderle, M. ; Čelikovský, Sergej
This paper aims to compare the performance of various techniques for the stabilization of the error dynamics of the Acrobot’s walking like reference trajectory. Both the walking reference planning and the tracking feedback design are based on the Acrobot’s model partial exact feedback linearization of order 3. Namely, such an exact system transformation leads to an almost linear system where error dynamics along trajectory to be tracked is a 4 dimensional linear time varying system having 3 time varying entries only, the remaining entries are either zero or equal to one.
Simulation of control of systems with disctributed paramters in Simulink
Anderle, M. ; Augusta, Petr ; Rehák, Branislav
The control of distributed-parameter systems has always been a very active topic with applications in many areas. Also the last few years, in particular, have seen developments in associated technology which have a direct impact on actual implementation. In particular, there have been massive developments in the design and implementation of very high quality sensors and actuators and also the associated costs are dropping. As a result, it is now feasible to consider using arrays of sensors and actuators in the control of spatially distributed systems. To make development of new methods easier, a new Simulink block was made representing a plant and a controller. During simulation other Simulink blocks, e.g., Random number, input signals, etc. can be used.
