The thesis discourses on the French region Languedoc-Roussillon situated in south of the country. The first part is focused on the region itself and defines its characteristics. Afterwards, other specifications of the local tourist trade and most attractive places are described. The very main part of the thesis is based on cultural anthropology, aiming at disclosing those distinctions, which make Languedoc-Roussillon so special.

Dans mon travail j 'ai essayé d 'examiner le jeu de différants points de vue. J 'ai consulté beaucoup d'auteurs qui sont spécialistes dans ce domaine. Ce n'était pas possible de les citer tous puisque je voudrais que mon travail ne soit que théorique. Mais je dois avouer qu'au début j 'avais des connaissances très légères. Plus d'auteurs j'étudiais, plus mon sujet me paraissait intéressant. Je me suis posé mille questions sans savoir si je serai capable d'y répondre. Comme la plupart de mes collèques à l'école, je pensais que l'utilisation de jeu était tout à fait facile, qu'on pouvait jouer presque n'importe quoi et n'importe quand et tout le monde va être content. Quelle erreur! Grâce à mon travail, j 'ai commencé à voir le jeu dans les connections plus larges. Methods for Teaching French Vocabulary

Ce mémoire de diplôme traite des méthodes de renseignem ent du vocabulaire dans la classe du français langue étrangère. Chaque étudiant entre dans une langue étrangère par le vocabulaire. A la base du vocabulaire l'étudiant apprend d'autres moyens linguistiques: la grammaire, la phonétique et l'ortographe. C'est pourquoi je m'intéresse à ce thème. Le mémoire de diplôme comprend deux parties principalles: la partie théorique et la partie qui se consacre à la recherche. Le mémoire de diplôme se compose de treize chapitres. Dans l'introduction je me pose plusieurs objectifs. Je veux présenter de nombreuses méthodes d'enseignement du vocabulaire en accentuant leurs bons côtés et en prévenant de difficultés dont leur usage peut introduire. En outre la recherche me permet de découvrir les attitudes des étudiants vis-à-vis des méthodes d'enseignement du vocabulaire. Mon mémoire de diplôme doit mener les enseignants ou les futurs professeurs du français à la réfléxion sur leurs méthodes d'enseignement du vocabulaire et servir aussi d' une source d'inspiration. Le deuxième chapitre commence par la distinction entre le lexique et le vocabulaire et explique les termes clés: les éléments lexicaux et les éléments gramaticaux. My work is dealing with the topic concerning the use of the song in the class. In the theoretical section, the author considers the teaching methods, types of exercises, connection of the song in the class with suggestopedia and the use of the song in the class where French language is taught. Then in the practical section she suggests the possibilities of the work with different songs in the class.

2 TITLE: The Use of French Comic Book in the French language learning SUMMARY: The thesis aims to gather the information from various sources- the historic, specialized sources-books, from the Internet or from personal consultations as well. The topic has been chosen because the French comic books and magazines have been an inseparable part of the French culture, especially among French teenagers. It has been appreciated for its social and aesthetic values. However, the thesis mainly aims to demonstrate the French comics and its important role in the process of the second language learning/teaching. According to a brief survey concerning the Czech students and their knowledge and attitude towards the comics, we have prepared several teaching lists regarding the language level as well as the age of students. The subject of the bachelor` s thesis is the French fashion designer and innovator in many specializations and sectors- Gabrielle Chanel. This extraordinary lady was born in a century where women did not have much power and society viewed them as housewives who were should obey their husbands. Nobody assumed that one day they might work. Chanel was a very dynamic and self- sufficient woman who decided to change this prejudice. The chief aim of the work is an effort to clarify what makes her unique and how she influenced culture. She not only changed the world` s fashion but influenced many innovations to the fashion industry. This work is conceived as her biography and tries to capture her most important feats. These feats have permeated into the subconscious of the French nation as well as the whole world. She accomplished this via her originality, determination and independency caused by a sad childhood, lack of men` s love and by the social conditions at that time.

Title of the thesis: The process of education in nursery school in France This thesis deals with the process of education in nursery school in France. This topic concerns all pedagogic influence on the child while attending the school. The preparation of the work is based on the literary and the practical research. The practical research we chose is an observation of the teaching proces in nursery school and an interview with the teachers of these schools. The content of the thesis is divided into five essential domains. The first is the introduction to the theme of the process of education in nursery school. This part focuses on the objectives of the education and limits the period spent in nursery school. The second domain presents the conditions and organisitional factors of education. The third domain analyses the educational activities - their characteristic, classification and their connection with domains of progression from the national curriculum. The fourth domain deals with concrete examples of the activities. The last domain talks about the evaluation and by this conclude the theme of process of education. Title of the thesis: Poetics of Jacques Prévert's work of art and the exploitation of his poetry in a French language education. Keywords: poetics, French poetry, French chanson, poetic realism, surrealism, motivation Abstract: The aim of this thesis was to intercept and denote an artistic legacy in Jacques Prévert's work of art which has an overtime value and is capable with its themes of everyday life to also address the contemporary generations. The magic of Prévert's genius consists in his simple language that is spoken by common men, all the people use this language and thus, they could understand it well. A poet intensifies his legacy by series of examples and illustrations of everyday life that make his works accessible for everyone. In a thesis, we have primarily paid attention to the poetics of his large artistic creation by pointing on the particularity of his poetic language, the simplicity and accessibility of his work. Through Prévert's poetry and chanson, we have tried to present French language to teenage students in an inventive and creative way not only as a language itself, but also as a cultural heritage of the country. We elaborated pedagogical sheets in a practical part of a thesis aimed to serve as a methodological resource for the French language teachers.

Title of the thesis: The history and the present of Algeria and the development of the French language Keywords: Algeria, arabization, Arabian, Berber, French language, history, colonization, Maghreb, nationalism, independency, present, education Abstract: Algeria, the second largest country in Africa, is a part of an area called Maghreb. As well as other Maghreb countries, also Algeria has been influenced by the French colonization in the beginning of the 19th century. Not only did the colonization change the Algerian community, it mainly resulted in the introduction of the French language which is used in Algeria till this day. The target of this bachelor thesis is to outline the history and the present of this country, the development of the French and other languages such as Arabian and Berber, and also to comment on the development of the education system in Algeria. This bachelor thesis is divided into three main chapters that are chronologically arranged and that start with studying the history of Algeria. After that, they deal with the question of language in each particular historical period. The first chapter describes Maghreb from its furthest history up to the French colonization. The second chapter aims at the period of the French supremacy in Algeria and the last one chapter studies...
