The conditions and possibilities to care for children of parents who are coming back from maternity leave to work at Lovosice county.
Donátová, Monika ; Klusáček, Jan (advisor) ; Třísková, Soňa (referee)
The aim of this paper was to investigate, what are the conditions and possibilities to care for children of parents who are coming back from maternity leave to work at Lovosice county. How there could be accepted the newly introduced model of care for children, called "the children's group" among the local companies and parents. The theoretical part is trying to fulfill the first part of the goal. Firstly it is talking about the factors that influence decisions about the time parents return to work and also the main theoretical concepts that explain this issue (rational choice theory, preference theory, and cultural theory). Furthermore, it had the task of clarifying the concepts of maternity leave and maternity benefit and their anchoring in the Czech legislation. Followed by familiarization with the different types of child care services, including their current functioning at Lovosice county. The last part examine closely newly introduced model "the children's groups" and topics associated with it. In the practical part I presented the results of research conducted using qualitative methods preferential interviews. The research focused primarily on fulfilling the second part of the set target. In interviews with three parents who were returning from maternity leave back to work and with...

Domestic Child Abuse and Neglect
Donátová, Markéta ; Arnoldová, Anna (advisor) ; Cimrmannová, Tereza (referee)
In my MA thesis I focus on problems regarding domestic child abuse and neglect. This thesis is divided into ten chapters and consists of a theoretical and practical part. The first chapter describes the relations between family and child. It discusses the essential functions and the irrepleaceable role a family plays in the life of every child. The second chapter discusses the position of children in society from a historical point of view. The third chapter is the most extensive. It focuses on the CAN syndrome, its definition, history and forms. In the fourth chapter I describe the possible consequences of sexual abuse for children. The fifth chapter touches upon the subject of trans-generationsl transfer of violence. The sixth chapter briefly deals with unwanted children and the risks which they might face. The seventh chapter deals with the prevention of the CAN syndrome. This chapter also touches upon the crucial role a doctor can play in discovering the occurence of child abuse. The eighth chapter describes the prenatal period and gives examples of prenatal abuse and neglect. The ninth chapter consists of a list of available helplines and crisis centres. In the practical part I evaluate the questionnaires which surveyed the behaviour of respondents during their gravidity. The results of this survey...
The Design Study to Improve Production Processes Focusing on Lean Processes Including OHS
Rinnová, Kristýna ; Donátová, Monika (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with a study of suggestions leading to improvement of industrial processes focused on lean processes including Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) in company Continental Automotive Czech Republic, s.r.o. - producer of components for automotive industry. The first chapter covers basic information about the company. The theoretical part describes the determination of key words from the field of Occupational Safety and Health, the lean process and the production process. Based on analysis drawbacks of the production process are found. My own solution proposal contains corrective actions to avoid such drawbacks.
Mapping of the dresses market for an e-shop
Donátová, Martina ; Vávra, Oldřich (advisor) ; Průšová, Petra (referee)
The Master's thesis "Mapping of the dresses market for an e-shop" should work as a basis for a future business, an e-shop with dresses, providing a customized product -- dresses, which the customer can design himself using the online configurator. The goal of the thesis is to map the market environment, competition and to determine the consumer behaviour and his desires when shopping online. Theoretical part consists of entrepreneur theory, marketing mix, e-commerce and market research. Practical part will introduce the e-shop and the whole market research including both secondary and primary one. The result of the thesis should be a recommendation for the e-shop realization.
The changes on the beer market in the Czech republic
Donátová, Martina ; Vávra, Oldřich (advisor) ; Chládek, Ladislav (referee)
The bachelor's essay "The changes on the beer market in the Czech republic" focuses on the contemporary condition of the beer industry in the Czech republic. The goal of this essay is to explain which changes are happening on our market and why. The theoretical part is focused on marketing communication, segmentation and the research of the market. The following part is the characteristic of the product -- beer and a description of the contemporary situation on the beer market, which has changed considerably in the past few years. The breweries come to the market with new products designed specifically for new segments of the costumers. The main attention is paid to the fruit beers and its consumers. The inseparable part of the essay is also a questionnaire with main focus on confirming the supposition according to which the "fruit beers" have been accepted well on the market.
Indukční ohřev dlouhých hliníkových ingotů v homogenním magnetickém poli
Donátová, M. ; Karban, P. ; Doležel, Ivo
Induction heating of aluminum billets by their rotation in uniform magnetic field represents a modern technology whose purpose is to soften these workpieces before their hot forming. The paper presents a coupled integrodifferential model of the process that is used for the computation of a typical example.
Využití MHD čerpadel tekutých kovů pro chlazení vysokoteplotních jaderných reaktorů
Doležel, Ivo ; Donátová, M. ; Karban, P. ; Ulrych, B.
MHD pumps represent prospective devices without movable parts that may be used for pumping molten metals instead of classical rotational pumps. The paper analyses the possibilities of their employment for pumping molten lead as cooling medium in nu-clear reactors of the fourth generation.
Aktuátor založený na principu termoelasticity pro vytváření extrémních sil
Doležel, Ivo ; Donátová, M. ; Karban, P. ; Ulrych, B.
Actuators working on the principle of thermoelasticity represent promising devices for fixing tasks in the industrial environment. The paper deals with the computer simulation of their operations both in the dynamic regimes. The task represents a multiply coupled problem characterized by interaction of electromagnetic field, temperature field and a field of thermoelastic displacements. The corresponding mathematical model is solved in hard-coupled formulation. The methodology is illustrated on a typical example.
